A blog is not a book :-)

This blog is written in International English, the fluid ever evolving dialect of people in the Western World who are broadening their mental horizons, exploring different ways of being beyond their own cultural programming.

One request to all readers, but especially the native English speakers: please assess the quality and usability of the texts on this blog using the dictionary and grammar book of your soul.

I write on this blog what I feel inspired to write, when I feel inspired to write it, in no particular order. I hope you'll enjoy the fuzzy logic behind it too.

Quest for finding ‘belevingswereld’

On Saturday, while folding laundry, I had a play with words, as you do....

I found myself wondering:” Is there a word in English that conveys exactly the meaning of the Dutch word ‘belevingswereld’ in all its nuances?
Suggestions.......?

I couldn’t think of one.
I asked the native English speaker at hand.
He couldn’t think of one, despite my explanation on what it is for some time, on what ‘belevingswereld’ is.
(Estimates on ‘some time’ vary between a couple of minutes on Saturday and  the last 2,5 year) .

The dictionary says:  the experiences.
That is something like saying that snow is precipitation. True, but not very descriptive of how, when, why.....

You need ‘voorstellingsvermogen’ to explore and re-create a ‘ belevingswereld’.
Voorstellingsvermogen translates to ‘imagination’.
It is like saying you need very cold water to create snow. True, but quite far from the whole story on the creation , shapes and sizes of the ‘ belevingswereld’.

Have I set myself a challenge to explain belevingswereld to native English speakers?
It is like explaining snow to the Saoudis..... better experienced first hand than talked about.
Complicating factor..... snow is tangible in various areas of the world. You can organise trips to those interested in working/playing with it.
Belevingswereld is everywhere, here and now.
But how to organise a trip to it......?

Never thought I would be active in tourism.... ha, ha.

May I asked anybody who feels offended thinking that this blogpost could be stemming from considering the Dutch to be better then English native speakers...... to ask themselves if Eskimos are intrisically better people than Saoudis, for having more nuance in their words for snow?

PS.
Words I've tasted, but don't convey the same as the Dutch word:

- inner world ( to much intro-spective, it needs more connection with the outside world)
- belief system ( to much emphasis on standing ( in the past developed) beliefs, routines, opinions, not enough on real-time, here and now ever in motion emotions and the use/application of values therein)

prevention: be curious

Being infinitely curious about what is going on in your ' here and now', in form as well as in energy provides you with many clues to sort out problems before they get 'out of hand'.
Prevention!

This blog post is the follow up on this one.

a playful take on prevention

One words seems to be ‘ in the air’ today, inviting me to play with it.
Or was it me inviting it to play with me?

Rather than describing all the joy I had by writing 2000 words or more...let me keep it short this time.

The topic?

A lot of ‘cure’ is needed, when problems really manifestthemselves, usually costing lots of time and money and causing great emotional turbulence in the process.
What is needed to prevent that from happening?

I've put it all in one image, using only three words (cure, I and us) and two symbols (a circle and the infinity sign).

Prevention?

Have fun playing with it.
If you are this, desiring to know my thoughts behind it.... you'll find it here.

Alternative styles

People who deeply enjoy life, play more and rest more.
If I hadn’t read it somewhere, as conclusions from scientific research, I could have said it myself.
Does that mean that if you’d like to enjoy life deeply, playing more and resting more are helpful?

I think that is the case. I see how ‘play’ and ‘rest’ are powerful catalysts for (self-) development.
However, there may be a little bit more to it, since the words ‘ play’ and ‘rest’ have many meanings and the most common understandings among adults of it, are not the ones I refer to here.

Even the concept of ‘ more’ is multi interpretable.

Play:
I described the concept of play, as I see it, once in another piece of writing like this:
This form of play really has to be understood as a completely different phenomenon from the understanding most adults have created about play.
For a  4 – 6 year old, the aim of play is, with serious intent, to explore life (deeply, fully, without holding anything back !) and getting to understand his/her own role in it to really know (which is something different from being told by others) what and how (s)he can joyfully contribute to the wellbeing of the whole.

S(he) doesn’t play for amusement, as play is often interpreted by most adults. (Although the sense of pleasure derived from it is surely an appreciated and motivating side-effect of it)
A young child is not using play in order to relax, or lift up a mood. It is the exact opposite of desiring to escape the demands of reality for a moment! It is the most effective way to explore and shape reality and build up useful skills and expertise along the way.
You may think:” But there is nothing at stake for a child!”
Think again and you’ll appreciate, the quality of his/her life is at stake.. as well as that of the people s(he) gets involved with, now and later on in life.

Rest:
Rest, in the eyes of many people is ‘ complete relaxation’. Containing sleep, or doing calm activities like reading or watching television.
And as much as those activities contribute to unwind, in this context, it is not the type of rest I think is meant as a powerful catalyst to (self-)development.

Rest in this context,  is not meant to unwind ‘ from reality’ (as the prime objective) but to transform, with reality.

I call it me-time, those periods of time where a person disconnects from all activities and being actively in contact with other people ( and strong energy emitting devices).
This may seem ‘ semantics’. But to me, it isn’t.

In having me-time, I may be stepping actively away from the part of reality, the e-scape that surrounds me, the outside energetically influences I am tuned into (consciously and unconsciously!).
In me-time, however, I am fully allowing my inner e-scape to transform and I am not stepping away from that process with my attention at all.
I watch it, observe it, see the transformation unfold. See how the e-scape changes, shows itself to me in another formation.
Yes, a sense of relaxation, of losing tension in my system is a nice motivating and re-energising side-effect of it.

More:
Play more and rest more.
More can be viewed as: if you take the sum total of any amount at the start and then increase that.
So, if you rest 3 hours a day, 3,5 hours is more.

In this context, I would say, it is not the actual amount that is significant, it is the frequency.
If you normally rest 3 hours in 2 stints in a day. When you then rest only 2 hours, but in let's say, 10 minute stints each, then 2 hours is more then 3 (smiley),... more effective!

Alternating frequently between play and rest.
I chose to alternate consciously highly frequently between play and rest.
After 20-30 minutes of activity (relating to the e-scape outside me, by taking input in and/or giving output out), I have a break and step away from it. Rest to transform.
Yesterday I had a day where I did it religiously, mainly because I had quite some ‘play’ planned using my computer and that is a challenging e-scape to play with, in itself.

Taking a break, religiously, after 20-30 minutes of play.
When the sand rests... it is time for me to rest to.

It was fascinating to see how in each and every single me-time break, even the 5 minute ones, my inner e-scape transformed and showed me my reality change in another formation: in formation.....information.
What happens is that, all the elements that are there in my reality, seem to automatically re-arrange their positions in those ‘ breaks’ in an alternative formation once the tension of staying focussed on the task at hand is released.

In staying present with my awareness in this transformation, feeling into that, tuning into that, I see new suitable valuable options, that are taking all my experiences and highest values up till the last stint of active play (conscious and unconscious) into account.
This alternative I see in my e-scape is usually beautiful and worth exploring in the next stint of ‘play’. Inspiration.
Often with a drive to be shared.

Different styles of ‘alternatives’
In looking around me, I find that resourceful, creative people see and actively explore alternatives more, simply because they allow themselves to be the ‘alternative’. They enjoy the transformations that take effortlessly place in their (inner) world, showing them alternatives and..... they take those alternatives actively into the outer world and shape( style) the world from that.

Although the terminology of  ‘ being alterative’ is also commonly used for a life styling strategy some people chose,  by cultivating ‘ being different from others’ ( either for its own sake, or for its outward appearance of looking interesting).
That life style is not the one I am referring to here as a catalyst for sustainable change from within in a natural way.

The people whose alternatives stem from frequently alternating  between play and rest with reality, with the flow of what is really there (and therefore with others too, taking their realities into account too), have a different source of motivation..... it is inside.
Or could that just as easily and accurately be spelled as insight.......

Insight that alternatives, in harmony with all there is, is all about creating beauty in an inspiring and empowering way, based on what IS in plain sight.
Outside follows  (flows from ) what is already seen as being present inside.

recognising joy

When the idea of ‘ tuning into joy’ appeals, as introduced in the previous blog post, you might be interested to read more about  ‘recognising joy’.

I stated:”We have collectively removed ourselves so far from it, we hardly recognise its myriad of forms and shapes it can have.”

Please understand me right here. Of course we recognise certain forms joy can show itself in.
A radiant smile with sparkling eyes, a graceful move, a sweet caress, a happy tune whistled, a kitten playing, a summer landscape filled with flowers bathing in warm beams of sunlight, the smell of chicken soup on coming home, tired, on an empty stomach.....

But if you were to make a list of all the things you easily recognise as joy, even if it goes to the moon and back, three times around the world, in font size 5..... you’ve only identified a fairly limited summary of certain appearances joy can have.

If you then were to use that as a checklist of appearances you can give attention, to tune into joy, to resonate with, to experience this ‘ thrilling’ in harmony and its uplifting effects, you may find yourself on quite an unfulfilling chase for experiencing abundant joy.
You are on the lookout to find joy matching the items on your list , whether that’s in words or pictures. You are holding your definitions of joy somewhere in the back of your mind, so you can compare your reality with it and ‘ jump’ on it when you see one that could be a match.

Joy then seems to be a slippery piece of soap that jumps away from you when you touch it, leaving you wondering why you can’t hold onto it.

In my understanding, that  this happens when you use this approach, is no wonder.
If you hold the appearance of joy, the shape, the form it has taken to express itself , you are missing a couple of crucial characteristics of joy.
Joy is not a form, it is not an appearance... joy is the energy , the force behind it.  Joy is a vibration in the world of energy.
Joy is a state of mind, I often say, maybe more to the point, a state of Being.
Joy is not one thing, not even a list of things.
It is, in its essence, a shape shifter, forming and transforming endlessly.
The second you desire to grasp it, to hold onto it, to capture it, it changes shape, alters its current form and escapes your attention.
Not because it doesn’t like your attention. Not because it desires to run away from your focus  or hide from you. No, take it literally! Pay attention to details: joy is transforming, e-scaping your e-scape in full motion. It is not a static entity... it plays and invites you to play along.

So, yes, it jumps like a slippery piece of soap out of your hands (your attention =  the hands of your mind), when you squeeze to hard, on a desire to stop its mesmerising life affirming movements...... for you to admire and applaud while standing still too.
Trying to stop its movement is ending ( perceiving) it, because its essence is movement, constant change.
But if you were to allow it to e-scape (verb) your e-scape (noun)  and you’d be in tune with it on an energy level (! not appearance level!))...not-capturing it, not-restraining it in any way, just allowing it to lead your energy while running free wherever it wants to, showing you a myriad of appearances, you are joy with it.
You are not just following it, you are flowing with it.
Free, all you have to pay is attention.

So, throw away that list of things and events and activities that you think are the ingredient s of making you happy, would be a good start, freeing up some mental space and attention to the joy that is surrounding you at all times, in the most unexpected shapes and forms!

If you do like to have some form of check list at hand to recognise joy, I have a suggestion for a short-list, easy to remember.

Joy is a threefold being.
Present in joy are at all times abundantly:
  • Peace
  • Pleasure
  • Harmoney

Peace is a calmness in the core, a centeredness, a sense of unity, a knowing of  ‘no conflicts’.
Pleasure is the ‘ good vibes’ in action, in motion, of satisfying needs and desires.
Harmoney is the sustainable accordance of all (highest) values in all parts involved.
Yes, it is harmony, spelled with an e, indicating value. Just a play on words for those (most of us) who recognise money as our highest value, our ticket to joy and freedom in life.

Keep in mind when you desire to interplay joyfully:
When any of the beings involved in the interplay loses contact with peace ( of mind, for instance), pleasure and/ or harmoney.... you are (all) moving away from being with joy, in joy.
Knowing this also explains why only seeking ‘ pleasure’, gratification of your own personal needs and desires isn’t giving that soul deep felt  sensation of ‘ joy’.
When you are a being in joy, in interplay with joy, you experience a sense of unity ( without losing your own-ness), a satisfaction of al needs and desires completely in line with all your highest values.

Hard work?
Not for your auto-tuning system. Start in the world of energy and the appearances, actions etcetera will follow from Being in that state of being.
Seek joy, tune into joy in whatever shape or form it has right now.
if you don’t’ see it, simply wonder at any given moment ‘ where is the joy in this’, relax into it and follow the lead of the vibes of energy (they may also be conveyed by some less appealing looking appearances in form!).
Take any actions you feel a distinct pull or joyful (peaceful, pleasurable, harmonious) inspiration for.. it is your soul (guide dog) guiding you what you can do to contribute to experiencing more joy, right here, right now.

Cross checking.....
How to cross check, really make sure if it is joyful soulful  inspiration? Have you really recognised joy, or are you engaging with something that is likely to bite you in the ass at some time, only chasing some self-gratifying desire maybe.....?

Easy!
You wouldn’t mind telling anybody about this (plan). It is allowed out in the open, right now. (You even find it difficult to not share it, it wants to go out there!)
It does no harm, causes no conflicts, is at nobody’s expense, nowhere.
Not in you, not in anybody else. It is only adding value, adding joy and more joy (peace, pleasure and harmoney) for all involved. What is not to like? It is also something you can almost effortlessly contribute, using your talents.

Yes, it may be on the edge of your comfort zone.
That’s where joy likes to (inter)play anyway. But that’s also part of why it is thrilling you!
It holds an opportunity to grow and develop into the next better version of yourself and an opportunity for your community to develop into the next and more joyful version of itself too.

Actually, you know everybody would benefit from you taking this action, everywhere along the lines and you are confident that everybody can be freely made aware of this ( now, or at some point in the future). The stranger, the neighbour, your partner, your boss, God,  the major, the policeman, your child.......

Any doubt present if this is really joyfull?

Tune into joy. It’ll show you what needs looking into, sorting out, playing with.
Joyful guideance is only one wonderment away......

extracting wisdom from experiences

Happy people playmore and rest more.
As an ambassador for playful simple waysof self-development, ME-time and the Knowing, this snippet of information doesn’t come as a surprise.
Understanding the natural, built-in human ability to learn from experiences, I know how important it is to have ‘ transformation’ time.
This time, where you are not concerned with actively taking more input in, or giving output out, allows your impressions to be arranged in a new meaningful order.

In our modern day living, we (as a species) seem to have decided we’d be better off without.
Why?
I don’t know, I am not of that opinion.... !
But look around and see how it seems to be deeply ingrained in society that ‘doing nothing’, not being busy consuming or producing at any given time when you are awake, is a ‘ bad thing’ and a hazard to (your existence in) society.
I am of the opinion that this may be common practise, but not respecting our natural ways and therefore not producing sustainable satisfying healthy results, in the long run.

When I came across the book The Primal Connection by Mark Sisson,  I was very much taken with the insights of Primal Living.
Doing things in a way that made our pre-historic ancestors thrive and live in harmony, made so much sense.
Does that proclaim we need to go back to living in caves and hunting  and must forget about the modern day comforts in order to live in harmony with ourselves and our environment?

No, I  don’t think so. Evolution is hardly ever about going back and letting go of ‘Good Things’.
But in downgrading natural  ‘ playing’ and ‘resting’, we may have compromised a couple of things we do label as Good Things: a Good Mental Health, Harmonious Relationships  (with ourselves and others) and a sense of Wellbeing.. of being happy with Life.

In emphasizing consuming and being busy and not paying much attention to or be vaguely interested in the quality of the ‘ transformation’ : all sort of issues occur in society with a firm root in how we manage our emotional households: depressions, anxiety, addictions.....

In our emotional household, we seem to be mainly/only interested in the tender, easy to swallow  parts.
If we haven’t surrendered to eating well marketed ready meals but cook meals from scratch, most of us prefer to go for the quick and easy chicken breast, steaks and mince meats. We send quite a lot elsewhere, for it to be processed  by others  (the dog food company might like the wobbly and chewy bits)or simply dump it to let it be ‘ somebody else problem’.

In the long run, you are missing out on valuable nutritional values talking about meat.
But the same goes with being picky on which emotions you allow to come on your plate.

But anger, sadness, loneliness, boredom, grief en envie are not tasty!
They are not easy to digest!

Well, I don’t disagree that in their pure raw state, the are of a required taste to swallow them as they come.
But he....!
Who says that the only options you have are:
  • To digest it raw
  • To hand them over to somebody else or
  • To dump it

There are more and better, tastier, healthier, more sustainable options when it comes to chewy and wobbly bits when it comes to meat.
There are more and better, tastier, easier to swallow, healthier, more sustainable options when it comes to difficult emotions too.

If only you knew what gorgeous creations are possible based on transforming emotions in more tasty experiences, benefitting from all the nutritional (educational) values in them.

As most of us are lost with improvising a meal with a bunch of raw ingredients, maybe even more of us are so clueless about our own produce in our inner worlds, that we freak out and are scared of touching any of it in the first place.

Using my insights, using my knowledge of how the human system works ( naturally) in self-development, I’ve created a method anybody can use who is interested in learning how to deal (yourself) with ‘ difficult’ emotions. Supporting the built-in systems naturally present in us all, that help extract wisdom from our (own) experiences. Not simply ‘ knowledge’, but proper wisdom: knowledge applied to create ever better experiences, for all involved.

It holds all transformation supporting ingredients, for your body, your mind and your soul:
  • Play
  • Rest
  • The Knowing

I see no obstacles to use it. It is simple. It doesn't take much time. It is free.
(Although my play rights do apply: if this makes a difference to your life, please return the favour)

But it is so unconventional!
Uh..... yes.
But that is only because  what used to be conventional (natural and working well, also in the long run) to our very resourceful ancestors, has gone out of fashion .

What will other people say? My friends, my family... they will see me coming with this....

Ah, now......the Good Thing in this unconventional suggestion... nobody sees you giving it a go!
That's part of the whole power behind it.

Enjoy your Primal MEATS in the ME At The Soul Kitchen.

E-scaping your life

No, the title above is not a typo.
Yes, it is holding good advice if you are fed up with the quality of your life as it stands at the moment.
No, it has nothing to do with escaping: running away and hiding.
It has everything to do with e-scaping, shaping your life on an energetical level.

Where landscaping is all about shaping the terrain around you, giving it interest, making it nice to enjoy, for yourself and others.......e-scaping is about shaping your life with an energy awareness, giving it interest, making it nice to enjoy, for yourself and others.

One of the things landscape artists use, is variety, relief and depth.
Looking at one endless stretch of lawn, as far as the eye can see, is boring....let alone the same stretch but now in concrete.

A really nice park or garden has a variety of plants, from low annuals to tall trees in various shapes of leaves. It has view-point, hidden corners to discover, places to walk, places to sit and ponder. A water feature maybe, adding movement and reflections. Maybe walls, or fences and other built up constructions to give it a structure.

E-scaping uses the same tools: variety, relief and depth.

What does the energetic landscape of your life look like?

Flat?
Could it be that you are using a lot of the time electronical devices with screens?
They have that effect.

Somehow not quite right?
Are you surrounded by people playing in ‘twainggggg’ ( complaining, being negative, or playing the same simple song over and over again, with almost no variety or depth to it)

I you’re ready for more subtle and varied compositions....it may be time to get inspired somewhere else.
E-scaping might be the thing to look into.

Like a garden, if the underlying basic structure is well considered, there is always something of interest, growing, developing and capturing your attention but it is never getting out of hand.

Energy awareness, applied wisely, makes wonderful e-scapes, for yourself to be in, for others to enjoy too.

“Where and how do I invest my energy in such a way that a harmonious composition is made (for all involved), that can grow and develop and mature in a sustainable way over time?”, is a leading question in e-scaping.

All involved is (obviously) all the parts of yourself ( body-mind and soul), but also other the body-mind and souls of the people you are living with. Sounds simple.....( with support and guidance from the Knowing it actually is).....
But it is not common practise at the moment and therefor you may not have many living examples to simply follow in your direct environment. Pioneering may hold some challenges.

Enfin......
Final words in this blog post:

If ever you find yourself saying to yourself:” I wish I could escape my own life and everything in it....”
Look closely, there may be a hyphen in escape: e-scape.
And e-scaping might be what you came here to do in the first place: play with your energy.

Enjoy your e-scape!

coin sides coincide

Again, working on another project, I created a couple of images.

Illustrating that the two sides of the coin called life, coincide.... even if the links don't seem obvious.

Which made my playful 6 year old wonder:" Are you sure English people you'd like ' coincide'  written like this and not coinside....or even....go-inside?"

Enfin, A few words strung themselves to these images, to complete it as this blog post about the Knowing

A wonderful life

After all the serious stuff from lately, now back to a more seriously playful note:

A spiritual wisdom is:” be the change you’d like to see”
( O yeah, and make sure you mean it too and do it well, because for some reason  -you can’t fool the Universe-....if you don’t mean it, you are not doing it well, it doesn’t work).

Follow this quick (neuro-) logical recipe to leading a wonderful life.

Here is the logic:
“ I’d like to experience a wonderful life.”
Applying:” Be the change you’d like to see”  =  you have got to BE wonderful.
Fair enough.

First challenge then becomes:
How to be wonderful?

(Any wonderful person has no trouble being it, it is effortless... but if you consider yourself to be a beginner in being wonderful... how you can step into that way of being might not be as obvious... creating a HUGE catch 22 situation with lots of doubt and tension).

Well, let’s stay playful and calm here and dissect this issue to its simplest essence.

Common language is a great help here, any 6 year old knows this:
If you happily and confidently ARE something, you can construct a simple very informative sentence describing  what your happy days are full of, along these lines:
  • I am (noun, indicating something), I ( verb, indicating time investments) a lot.
  • I am a cyclist, I cycle a lot.
  • I am a baker, I bake a lot.
  • I am a builder, I build a lot.
  • I am a painter, I paint a lot.

Any 6 year old quickly sees a pattern here.... noun and verb have a lot in common!

Now, ask this 6 year old for clues on how to BE full of wonder.
This expert in self-development ( look at  what this child has accomplished on that score in the last few years, with a lot of play and paying attention to what is going on!) may not need more than 2 nano seconds to come up with:

  • I am a wonder, I wonder a lot.

Any six year old, even wrapped in an older skin, reading this blog on the Knowing might have noticed that some of the trippy speech recognition tools start with ‘ I wonder’.....
(this one and this one)

  • I wonder if that is a coincidence.....?
  • I wonder if I could play with that myself.....?
  • I wonder if it works for me too......?
  • I wonder how I can experiment with that.....?
  • I wonder who came up with this......?*
Suddenly, you find yourself in a life full of wonder, (with a big smile on your face?).......
Wondering now what else you can BE, apart from wonderful, now you've mastered that.....?

*This blog post was brought with a big smile and elegant grace to you by my inner 6 year old, who has a tendency not only to make me smile a lot, but also to point out simple, wonderful, playful methods of self-development where adults are just simply making it all far too complicated.

Wellbeing

Some words are naturally attached to a topic.

Somebody ( a down to earth woman with a scientific approach) asked me once:” Can you describe what you do without using the words ‘ soul’ and ‘energy’, please?”
Those words were rubbing so much on her belief system that she couldn’t listen to anything containing those words as key words. She thought I was talking about something supernatural which her scientific mind couldn’t accept to process.

Well, I AM talking about something that is super natural ( the soul) in the sense that it is a natural phenomena, designed and equipped for doing natural things, each and every single day of your life.. And.....her mind couldn’t process a single bit of information on any topic, without a supply of energy. That makes it quite remarkable how reluctant her mind was to allow any input on ‘ soul’ and ‘ energy’ to be processed. ...

In my understandings, the soul is the main feature in the energy household of your body-mind-soul system. Without it, nothing is happening, you’re not ‘live’.

Talking about the Knowing, without talking about ‘soul’ and  ‘energy’ is bordering on impossible.

I said to her, that I can work my way around many challenges, but this one would be tough.
I myself can appreciate that the word ‘soul’ is put into various fascinating lights, by the hard core scientific world, through lyrics and poems, all the way to organised religion. More often than not, being held far from everyday life and all down to the ground natural processes.

Enfin, I haven’t found a way ( yet) to talk about this without using the word energy....
But I have found a great way to show what the soul is, what the soul does (in my understanding) by replacing it with the words wellbeing.

One of the meanings of a well is a source. It is a source being. It sources both energy and information, allows it to flow to the surface where it can be used.
What does this source being accomplish, when all is well? Wellbeing.
The wellbeing plays a crucial ( natural) part in your wellbeing.
The more well ( fully functioning in a healthy way) it is, the more well you are.

And it is very much like a water source in a community.
Your wellbeing and health has a relation with what everybody else does with the source too.

If you block the flow, or divert it to your fields only, others are lacking clean water and will find ways to show you that they are not pleased with that... as a result of finding pitch forked angry neighbours on your path, your wellbeing is not so bright on all scores, even if you have the access to the water.
If others pollute the water with their waste material, the wellbeing of all is compromised, the health of everybody deteriorates.

Most people agree that it is a good thing to look after your own wellbeing.
I agree, I consider it a very good thing too, to look after your own energy and information household, to keep it open, clear and flowing.
And yes, you’ve got your own tap, to tap into the flow of energy and information.
But in the community of mankind..... those taps all lead to one source, one well, where all experiences ( invested energy information) return to ( like the ongoing cycle of water on earth) , to be used again: the Knowing.

In observing and actively improving the quality of your own energy and information household.... the quality of the whole energy and information household improves: the levels of wellbeing for all rise.

I am information

I am information:
  • I am a collection of data arranged in a meaningful order to the end-user

I am in formation:
  • I am learning, developing ( more data, more meaning, ever changing order)
  • I am a structure of various aspects appearing in a certain form, like individual birds are aspects of their V-formation. The V is ‘ roughly’ the constant form, but the individual birds regularly change positions.

Even noticed how a sign for ‘ Information’ looks like a person, with a body and a head?

The joy of responsibility

Some people interpret ‘ responsibility’ like this:
“I have full response ability to look at problems and contribute to life by avoiding all risks”

I choose to live my life from this understanding of responsibility:
“I have full response ability to look at possibilities and contribute to life by sharing all joy.”

If you don’t really like the concept of responsibility, you label it ‘ a problem’ and you do your utmost best to avoid the risk of being in a position where you are responsible...
I think: you are avoiding the joy of life.

Enjoying life comes with ‘risks’.
Picture dealing with situations that are slightly on the edge of your comfort zone.
You are facing challenges. The outcomes are not presented on a silver plate, wrapped up in cotton wool, sure and completely pleasurable upfront. ( Risk alert!!)

What if..... you are able to step into that uncertain area.
Yes, there are probably foolish  things you can do, too risky, a hazard to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others. But is that all there is?
You might see how and where you can use your talents and contribute actively in achieving the desired results, having overcome difficulties . Your comfort zone has grown, your idea of ‘ can do’ has grown, the quality of your world has been given a boost.

That is bringing a deep sense of achievement. The joy of exploring and expanding your response ability.... also known as responsibility.

Creative with the truth

In this blog about working with the Knowing, I am comparing shaping your life, with online database management. I’ll continue to do so more often, for various reasons.
1)      You can relate easier to it, because you have some idea of how the internet works
2)      I can relate easy to it, with my working expertise
3)      The similarities I see between the Knowing and the Internet go on and on and on and on. I often wonder if we, as mankind, created the internet with the structure and workflow of this natural grid of information still somewhere in the backs of our minds.

What we have (for the most part) forgotten to use ‘ within’, is re-created by us all  ‘ without’ , since the natural human need for being involved in and connected to a community where experiences are shared is a great creative drive.
In using that natural drive, wondering what could work to create and develop this online human information-grid, we may have tapped into the Universal information grid and followed its core-design. ( That the natural way usually is the easiest way, may have something to do with that too J).
And now, coming ‘ full circle’ as they say, this manmade tool can be used to guide us in seeing and using the natural built-in Internet in us all.

Is this true?
I see it working, I feel it working.
To me, therefore, it is surely more true than completely false.
But I also know that in the world as it stands at the moment, it is an unconventional truth.

It was only three years ago that I wouldn’t have believed a single word of what I am writing now, with all my expertise as an information specialist already in place.

But isn’t that part of the beauty of evolution, that we expand our possibilities and our knowledge about our world?

In hindsight we find it difficult to imagine that the truths of today, once were unconventional, unsettling ideas about ‘ higher truths’, using different perspectives.

Remember: there was a point in time where we were sure the truth was that the world was flat.
And although we all still see how that perception is true, seeing the horizon being a flat line, we all know now that there is a higher truth to that: the world is such a large sphere, that, when you are the size we are and you are on its surface,  horizons look flat lines.

So, truth is relative to your perspective. And evolution takes place an expanding your knowledge of the truth, being creative with your perspectives, see it differently and then use it differently.
Seen in this way, being creative with the truth helps development.

There is however another meaning to ‘ being creative with the truth’.
I would say, this is more common practise in the Western world than the first meaning. I personally do not subscribe to that practise as thrusting our development  and inter relational quality of life forward.

This type of creativity is about:
-          Expressing the opposite of what you know to be relevant and true
-          Expressing half of what you know to be relevant and true
-          Not mentioning at all what you know to be relevant and true

With a purpose to lead somebody to believe something you perceive to be a shinier version of the  truth.
Actively reducing this practise to a minimum, is helpful , I would say, if you desire to tap into the Knowing and enjoy the experience.
The Knowing responds to your queries composed in energy vibrations ( thought, words and deeds). Actively leaving half of what you know to be relevant and true out of it for the sake of seeing a shinier version of the truth has two results:
1)      Your search is by far not specific enough.
Compare Googling ( ‘ kitten’, ‘ adoption’, ‘New York’, ‘ free’) if you desire to adopt a kitten free of charge in New York to (‘ New York’, ‘ horse’).
2)      You don’t believe what you receive to be true, even in the occasions where you did make a sound complete specific inquiry, because you know you’ve got to apply a fair dose of mistrust to what people say and look for the hidden agenda, the shiny truth presented is probably not so shiny, is your idea.
And, who knows, it may even be true that if you vibrate structurally on a level that you believe this way of dealing with the truth is actually serving you..... you may be predominantly presented with options to chose from relayed to the Knowing by people who have the same preference for dealing  with the truth.
If that is what you like, if that thought pattern is what you select that serves you structurally, than that is what you’ll get more presented of.

The Knowing knows you, in the very same way Amazon and Google know you and is just as creative with the truth as you are. (Although the underlying motivation of the service provided is completely different.... the Knowing has no commercial goals at all, it sole purpose it to serve you enjoying life, enabling you to make something really wonderful with it.)

So yes, the Knowing has this Amazon type feature where it is showing you: People who ordered this, also bought:......
It gives you ‘shiny top right corner standing out suggestions’ like Google-ads does, based on your search history and what it knows about your behaviour online.

How is this possible?
Because in all cases, you leave a trail of information about your likes. Your actions are registered, just as much as the words you type in search fields! Some in yourself, some by others, often both.
If you think being creative with the truth serves you, I suggest it serves you to be honestly and openly creative with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, as far as you are consciously aware of its presence and relevance.
Always, whether you are actively on the lookout for inspiration and good ideas to improve your life with or ‘ just browsing and freewheeling and amusing yourself’ though life.

It doesn’t only clear your conscience, it also clears the inspiration you receive and your ability to discern what serves your wellbeing in the long run.

The art (and benefits) of being content

There are two meanings to the word ‘ content’.

·         In common speak: it refers to a sensation, a feeling, indicating that things are in reasonable good order,  in their world. Nothing to complain about really, but also not super duper fantastic. ( Meaning A in this piece)
·         In information management jargon, it is a set of data as they are put meaningful together by a creator. Technically, this is before they become information, because that is at the point where an end-user relates to them as ‘ meaningful’. ( Meaning B in this piece)

These two meanings may seem ‘ worlds apart’ at first glance.

This morning, I had a play relating them very closely to each other.
I really liked what I saw (was content (A) with it) and decided this was to be the content (B) for today’s blog post.

Do you want to see how my creation sits with you?

Here it is:
If you are not content (A), you are definitely not happy with your situation.
You, being on the receiving end,  are not calling what is happening ‘fantastic, useful and meaningful‘.
Your overall impression is that something is missing...( usually ‘in the outside world’).
You reckon that something needs to be added to the mix of your life, enabling you to be happy.
More often than not, even if that ‘ thing’ you pointed out to be missing is added, it doesn’t fulfil you, really, or satisfy  you, really..... something (else) is apparently missing and so the search goes on.

What if...under the bonnet of your awareness, this is the case:

What is actually missing is.... something essential (from) you.
Your heart is not in it, your core being, your drive, your essence is not in it, not really, not fully.

What if...
you, yourself are not a part of the set of data you are looking at ( and you are always looking at and interpreting data!) you are not part of the content (B).
You are not content(A+B)... Yes, this time meaning both meanings simultaneously.

What if ...
you need to be content first, with the data (not about the data) before you can be happy?
Oh dear me......am I saying here, like so many spiritually inspired self-development websites and books, that you need to be content with things, even if you don’t feel that way about them, before you get anywhere near happiness? ( Sigh)
Am I saying, again like most of those writings, that you’ve got to mean it too!?
Pretending apparently doesn’t count, the Universe is watching you and knows always what your real feelings are.

This appears to be a catch-22 situation.
How the **** can that ever be done?

If you are interested in how I see it can be done, read on.
I am not leaving you empty handed here, I am sharing my experience.

In this case:
Let go of the idea that you need to create the sensation of feeling content with what is in your reality.
Adopt the idea that you need to be content(B), with what is in your reality... see: in the other meaning!!! Be content(B), be part of the data-set in your reality, complete with all your honest feelings and thoughts about it ( simply: more relevant data!).

I’ll describe how this minor change, of using the same word in a different way, has a great deal of effect, giving you access to your full creative power.

To be continued..... in following blog posts.

3D carving models, chiselling away

I fancy today sharing some insights on how I understand my own writing process to work.

On first glance, it may seem that I start with an empty sheet and add things (words) to convey an idea that I build from scratch.
If it was to be compared to creating 3D art work, it could be seen as adding dots of clay until the sculpture is built up and finished.
If I feel into myself, that would not be my most accurate description of my writing process.
I always feel that the idea is already in me, whole, complete, finished.
Yes, it wants to be shared, expressed, made known, played with by more people.

But here is the realisation when it comes to ‘ more people’.
I am not aiming to reach people who are super happy with ‘ being told’ and are fully happy with consuming readymade ideas.
I feel that I am writing for people who are willing to make their own mind up, experimenting with the creative capacities of their own super sharp tools in their own mental workshops.
People who are willing to tap into new flows of creative juices and are simply on the lookout for some inspirational example projects, to train their skills of using their own mental  tools with.
Not so much for the sake of having the same end-results on their mental windowsills, but for being able to use those skills in sculpting their own projects, using their own creativity.

I am writing for DIY-ers, open to learn/improve their creative thinking skills.

Now here is the analogy that sits much better with me, about my writing process.
I am in touch with an idea that is, like I said, in me, whole and complete.
I see in my mind’s eye,  I feel it in my gut.

This original idea never leaves me, nor does it need building or constructing.
I share how it is made, by sticking its characteristics in a pattern.
First, with laser sharp attention, full focus, I go over it all, systematically, scanning it, exploring all it’s details and finesses.
Then, it is as if I take a block of mental mass and I start chiselling away at it, with the pattern of the original idea imprinted in my mind, following the feeling n my guts.

( Fascinating play on words, the Dutch verb ‘ gutsen’ means gouging: using a sharp tool to remove material with.)

In doing so, the form of the idea takes shape, actually by revealing it from the mental mass, allowing it to come out of there.

What is chiselled away takes the form of words . They are, in a way, more the residue, the sawdust or rubble ( depending on the material used J ) of the thinking process, falling onto the sheet of paper, than the actual result.
Seen in that light, the pattern of the words is actually more conveying ‘ what the idea is NOT’.

Usually, I also have a little play with the pattern of the original idea and alter a few details to my liking. Keep it rougher, sometimes, add some other details, or split one original idea into two, if I like that better.
After all, it is a creative process, for me too. Which makes the result always ‘ my interpretation’ of the original idea.

However, if you as a reader, where to stick the pattern of these words in your 3D carver computer processor, called mind, plus a block of mental mass of a similar size, you’d have all the instructions you’d need to chisel away and produce ( yourself!) a similar piece.
But like with all creative projects, if you don’t like the original idea, you are not really motivated to create one of those yourself. Play with ideas you like! Sharpening your creative mind tools in the process.

Also, please, keep in mind this practical tip:
If you stick a smaller block of mental mass into your 3D carver... the end result doesn’t strike you as ecstatically pleasing: something is definitely missing!

Have fun with it!

From resourcefuel to resourceful

In this blog post, I’d like to zoom in on an understanding we, as modern day people, seem to have developed in the course of the last centuries of evolution, when it comes to ‘what fuels’ this process of developments.
In looking at the pattern of human evolution, since the industrial revolution  (see my previousblog post for a summary of human evolution), I notice something about how we deal with resources.

We regard oil to be (among) the most important fuel to keep our lives in motion and we treat all natural resources as we’ve come to treat fuel:
1)      We have evolved into believing that resources need to be burnt, in order to provide us with the high caloric energy we need to move forward, to create joyful comfortable satisfying experiences with.
2)      Having used at increasing speed in 300 years what needed millions of years to develop naturally, we know that those resources are becoming scarce now, putting us in an uncomfortable state of alert, since the shortage of this natural resource is perceived to threaten the comfortable life style we’ve grown to like so much.

We are (probably not consciously) applying what we have learned about the process of using some natural resources as fuel (oil, coal) in evolution, on all our natural resources.

You stick fuel in a machine. Burning that provides the energy boosts, that help us move forward.

·         We stick food in our bodies, that we’ve come to treat as machines. We burn the food to help us, individually move forward.

·         We stick people in bureaucratic machineries to fuel the work force (the rat race). We burn their/our humanity to help us individually and collectively move forward.

·         We stick responsible people in government to make good decisions for the whole, to move us forward. They do a good job in burning each other ( to help themselves move forward) and what is left after that is burnt by the media.

·         We even stick our social connections into machines: smart phones, computers, social media and are interacting with people ‘online’, ( burning off our brain cells for various reasons) thinking that helps us individually move forward.

·         We stick our knowledge in databases, burning our own memory, thinking that helps us individually and collectively move forward.

·         We stick our own response ability in the belief systems of others, burning our own capacity to think for ourselves, thinking that helps us collectively move forward.

Does this sound soap boxy, with a hint of passionate anger finding its origin in ‘ not understanding’ why we, as a collective, would do such a thing?
Good! And I am not finished yet.

We are burning our good resources on one side ( hoping for the best) and  we find it too expensive on the other side to invest in growing, developing in a sustainable way ‘new’ resources, applying principles of scarcity everywhere

And where there is abundance, we burn it again:
Fields of ‘ good food’  are few and far between ( scarce) and ‘ more expensive’ and hard to come by.

Fields of ‘ good people’ ( co-developers of sustainable high quality solutions: partners, children, workers, artisans, food producers, animals, inspirational writers, etc. etc.)  are considered to be few and far between (scarce). Although viewed as ‘ valuable’ or ‘ precious’ and hard to come by once you found them, we don’t pay them accordingly, we don’t fuel up their lives, nor in money, nor in appropriate attention. Instead, we burn them, squeeze as much as we can out of them, so we can individually move forward and drop the residue of those actions , at a low cost.

Low cost??!!!

Using  our ‘ burning’ resourcefuel mentality where we do things at this type of ‘ low cost’, we favour quantity and speed over quality and we grab and consume whatever is available that gives a quick boosts of feel good energy.

As a result, consequences have a tendency not to be fully ( in relation to all that matters)  assessed, before a field of resources is being processed.

If the consequences are :  destroying the high quality of your own personal health, social circle and environment PLUS  destroying the structural healthy integrity of the collective and its’ environment,  I would hesitate to call that ‘ at low cost’.

So far.... I had great fun ranting with indignation.
Great fun in every social gathering of intelligent engaged people.

Do I have a solution? What should we do??!!

I propose a solution that stems from the understanding you’ve got to BE first the change you want to see.

I see, that we, as a species ARE at the moment resourcefuel, burning ourselves up in the machinery that life has become.

I propose to us all, to energetically take the ‘ e’  ( resourcefuel) and invest that E-nergy in being resourceful.
It is a small step for man, but a giant leap for mandkind..... in doing so we stop burning ourselves, we apply ourselves, over and over again.

We ARE resources, we ARE energy and life is already fueled up by Energy in motion ( E-motion).
All we have to do is use it wisely.

Please, sleep a night on considering the possibility that resources don’t have to be put  in manmade machines and routines (or need to be found in using machines as a result), and that the joyful comfortable experiences of life ( 24/7!) can be created from the resources we have within ourselves,  in our natural ability to grow sustainably, because we ARE resourceful.

Knowing an living from an understanding:  I am resourceful, opens the channels  for better solutions to feed evolution..

Just play with  the idea, by investigating for yourself:.
Are you predominantly resourceful......or predominantly  resourcefuel?

different words, different worlds

This blog is dedicated to introducing the Knowing,  as a source of information (open to everyone) to improve the quality of life (‘s decisions) with.

You’ll see, if you read several blog posts here, that  a couple of words appear regularly.
I zoom in on some of those,  in more detail.
I describe how I view them, how I define them, how I play with them, how I relate them to ‘shaping life’.

These words are often very straightforward words, used by us all in every single day.
I see how our words (more to the point, our interpretation of them) shapes our worlds.
Looking at our worlds, I feel that our current common understandings can do with an update and I like to give some suggestions for looking at some of the words we use and the way we use them.

To me, choosing a different word, illustrates a different world.
Even the same word, used in a different way, holds the power to make a significant difference in the world.
To me, it is not ‘ just semantics’.
I am aware that introducing a new concept to a human mind is already quite some task.
Inviting people to re-view a known and daily used concept, to see that in a different light than they have done for X-amount of time,  is......?

Still, I’ve been known to say frequently:” I like my challenges to be tough”.......I feel the strong drive to share this, so I do.
I simply have T(O) ASK you:  “Do you want to play and have fun with this too?”

The first word, that I am consciously and actively going to shine my light on, is INFORMATION.
My gutfeeling tells me:” That is going to keep me busy for a couple of blog posts!”

Keep an eye on the labels:
These blog postst will be filed under ' the concept of information highlighted'  label.

Riddle about ‘ celebrating life’

Q:
What is it called when an intensely pleasurable experience (often viewed as a celebration of life) is shared, in harmony, by three, freely and happily?

A:
A threesome

Q:
Logically.....What is it then called when an intensely pleasurable experience (often viewed as a celebration of life) is shared, in harmony, by many more people in the world, freely and happily?

A:
A we-some

Me ( yesterday evening, smiling, playing with these words)
"What a fascinating snippet of inspiration!"
( Seeing the link with what I am doing here):
The Knowing is the collective consciousness of all people , the ‘ place’ in the metaphysical world where we all share our experiences freely and happily, without boundaries, without gaps in our knowledge.
Close the gap in ‘ a we-some’  and you’ll see what the Knowing is:
AWESOME

Little note:
Yes, the word threesome is most frequently used when talked about the celebration of life called sex, although according to my dictionary online, trio, trinity and triad are all words for  3 entities -interacting.

I just realised how in my experience I would say that even when two physical people are involved in the celebration of live called sex, I feel most alive and fulfilled when there are three ( energy fields, metaphysical entities) of us involved, simultaneously:

If the we-(energy) field is not shared, full filled (litteraly filled with the breath of life, with attention) minded/ mined at the same time, there are just not enough balloons in the air for me to call it a really awesome party.

Imagine the fun in any celebrations of life when the energy fields look more like this:
A party like this, definitly needs more attention to details!!

Food for Thought: Quirky Cucumbers

I am aware that it is generally favoured to see consistency, a repeating patterns of sameness, in how products look. Favouring ‘ sameness’  in appearance is so much ingrained in the fabric of our society, that it has often become the norm.
The extent to which people can produce the same looking result, over and over again, consistently, is considered to be an indicator of quality.
Fascinating.

I am a producer myself.
I am a producer of Food for Thought, which I grow in a sustainable way.

In writing here about the collective consciousness, sharing the fruits (and vegetables) I’ve grown in my mental gardens and greenhouses, I’ve noticed something, in looking at my products and getting feedback about them.

Apparently, I grow quirky cucumbers!
Just as well as pear shaped apples, and appalling pears.
In their shape, in their form, in their size, in their weight... they are not-consistent.
Even in their timing of appearance, they are not-consistent. Sometimes there is almost no produce of some kind, other times, something of a certain kind is abundant.

That, in modern day eyes, is a prove of me being a lousy producer.
I can’t supply consistently the same things over and over again. And when there is a steady supply, the various products don’t look the same, don’t follow the same rules.
When it comes to writing, there are rules, you know, in society, on how to produce quality pieces.
Rules about language, grammar, spelling and style.
Most important rule in amongst those rules seems to be: be consistent.

Well, I look at my products and way of producing them  and I see:
I am following one rule, very consistently.
It is, to me, the most important rule I live by, defining quality to me.
The nutritional value of my products needs to be consistently high and I can only achieve such produce by allowing it to grow freely, allowing it to follow its natural rhythm, to develop in its natural shape.

Mass produced ( with all due respect) cucumbers can be recognised by their sameness in shape, year round available in any supermarket near you. They are usually consistent in taste too.
Organically grown cucumbers are quirky. They all are slightly different, with a dent here, a bend there, some spots or discolouring. They may even vary in taste.
If you ever are in a position to compare the two..... I’m pretty sure which type will tickle your taste-buds more.

So, when it comes to my writing, know that this is what I have to offer.

I write in English.
It don’t claim to write in correct and official British English, American English or Australian English. I am writing in International English, which is (at the moment , as far as I know),  in the Western world,  the fluid ever evolving dialect of people who are broadening their mental horizons, are exploring different ways of being beyond their cultural programming : my audience.

I love playing with words.

Some words you might call a typo, when it is actually a deliberate cross bread of concepts and so I will use it consistently spelled that way.

My sentences are usually on the long side.
I write very much in the way I speak and think.
I love it.
There are periods where I can stop myself.
Those breaks occur after intense information high stints with full focus on one thing.
You might not suspect it, reading the produce of those stints, but I am actually an ambassador for those periods.

I love using italics, bolds and ‘......’ , to emphasize something.

I leave gaps.
Not just empty spaces between paragraphs, as a way of structuring the text.
There are also gaps in the content;  bits of information you might think are missing, you might think are crucial.
Those gaps, are more often than not, left deliberately, because I produce fresh Food for Though, not ready meals.
You have got to slice it, mix it with other ingredients if you like, season it to your taste, prepare it as you want, chew it and digest it.

Some things are meant literally, some figurative. Many things are meant both simultaneously. I often leave it up to the reader to decide, just giggling knowing how different the reading experience is interpreting it as literal, or figurative.
That is part of my general invitation to be creative with my produce and experience how changing your mental position colours the experience!

So, yes, I am seriously playful. I know where I am leaning towards serious and when I am not. It may not always be obvious to you.
To me , that is part of the highest nutritional value I see in all work and play: JOY.

I harvest my Food for Thought when it is ripe, whatever is ripe.
No sooner, no later. It goes that very same day to the market, ready to be used, also creating space for new produce to grow.
A little TLC to wrap it up in carefully chosen words, just enough to get it to you.
But  no endless fussing with it or tossing it around.
No trying to make it look ‘ more presentable’ or recognisable to the mass....
Waiting for the ripe yummy quirky bendy discoloured cucumber to turn into a straight, evenly green one, doesn’t ring true for me as the wisest, most joyful actions to invest my time as a producer in.
So, there is some editing done...... not much. I’ve got a mental  garden to (joyfully) attend to!

Blame is a wonderful search tool

Controversy alert:this  blog post may appear to be going against the grain of many (spiritual) teachings.

I live my life nowadays from the understanding:” There are only good things.”
Knowing:
Everything in the wrong hands or used the wrong way can cause harm.

A hammer is a marvellous tool in the hands of a skilled adult, building something, using wood and nails.
It is of little use to the same person using screws.
When phenomena like  a 5-year old child, anger and a glass plate come into the mix, the very same hammer is seen in a different light.
When nobody ever uses nails and wood anymore, its original purpose may even have been forgotten.

If something gets labelled ( by me or others) as intrinsically ‘ bad’, it nowadays usually triggers my curiosity on at least two scores.

·         Why is it considered ‘a good thing’ to call it bad? What advantages does it have to do so?
·         How can it actually be intrinsically a good thing? How can is serve me/us, when it is used according to its real meaning and purpose?

Blame is considered to be a ‘ bad thing’ in the world of self-development.
It is a horror to your soul,  a sin in the eyes of whichever God you call an authority.
It is associated with bad feelings, judgement and cultivating guilt ( bad, bad, bad) and ruins your peace of mind.
It is not loving to blame, seems to be the perceived wisdom.

And now there is me, praising it as a wonderful tool, a search tool related to consulting the knowing.
That may take some explaining, which I’ll do in a preferred way of mine. I do it by comparison: in an analogy.

Blame is very much like a hammer: usually you are pointing with it, adding some force to it to hit the nail right on the head, in order to fix things, to see a connection appear.
That Italic phrase it not only used to refer to DIY tasks in the physical world. It is also a way of expressing that you’ve found the crux in an abstract problem, that needs dealing with, needs solving, needs fixing.

In the physical world, you can make a meaningful sustainable strong connection between two pieces of wood, use nails and a hammer and some force.
In making a solid connection between cause and effect, in an event where two (or more)  people are relating to each other in an undesirably wobbly way, you use........
blame, best applied shamelessly with some force, to really hit the nail on the head.

Now, the interesting thing I find in being a skilled blame user, is to understand that blame’s purpose it not to screw things up, but to assist in fixing things.

How?
First by understanding that applying blame works most effectively when used on the material, not directly on any person involved. Some safety measure to make sure that everybody stays clear from the force is recommendable. I usually do this work alone, to make sure I don’t hit anybody else accidentally.
But, no matter how skilled you are, every now and then, you will hurt somebody, usually yourself, especially when there is a sense of urgency that some repair work needs to be done quickly and in situ.
Luckily, the more skilled you become, the fewer the occasions where blame hurts .

Secondly, in understanding its place as part of the process of finding a suitable solution, using the knowing.
Blame’s purpose is to detect and really pinpoint relevant information in this quest, in order to formulate a sharp and precise request to the knowing.

Formulating a search query  (a question) is part of finding answers, but it is not the answer, yet!

It doesn’t stop here, although I thank blame here for its contribution to the process so far.

Once the nail is sufficiently hit on the head and the connection is surely there and solid, I put the blame tool to the side. I have no desire of damaging anything! It has served its purpose in a wonderful way.
Was I to continue using blame with force, I would do damage.
Where the result of banging on wood for too long is an indentation, the effect on a person applying blame to long and forcefully is guilt. Unnecessary to achieve anything good, I would say.

What is the result so far of applying blame to the material?
It has connected cause and effects with great precision with values.
It has put the whole packet of relevant information about this situation nicely together:  squared, levelled and aligned. Almost at the speed of light, since blame is designed to stick a marker mag(net)ically to anything disharmonious.

A wonderful packet of marked vibrations and energy, containing everything that is relevant to assess this situation (who is involved, what happened and why), is ready to be send to the Knowing.
All it needs now is releasing it. Ask for guidance to solve this situation gracefully, harmoniously, joyfully.... or however you’d like to handle it. Say thanks and anticipate to receive results ( keep an eye open for any relevant information to reach you, as an answer).

Interesting play on words:

I see blame as a wonderful quick tool to gather relevant information with on an energetic level.
Use blame and you are pointing to the clue(s) in a cause and effect series of events that didn’t go according to plan and could do with repairs.
Living in France at the moment:  a clou, the French word for a nail, is in Dutch, my native language also a word for ‘crucial point’.
