A blog is not a book :-)

This blog is written in International English, the fluid ever evolving dialect of people in the Western World who are broadening their mental horizons, exploring different ways of being beyond their own cultural programming.

One request to all readers, but especially the native English speakers: please assess the quality and usability of the texts on this blog using the dictionary and grammar book of your soul.

I write on this blog what I feel inspired to write, when I feel inspired to write it, in no particular order. I hope you'll enjoy the fuzzy logic behind it too.

Tuning into the Divine Blueprint II

Did this last blog post sound all very Utopia?
Are you missing the link with practicalities in everyday life?

Knowing something is wonderful, sensing something too.
We all have that capacity and so many people spend a lot of time talking about how things could be better.
However one doesn’t achieve getting closer to anything without some form of actual action leading in the right direction.

But which actions can be taken if you are ‘ just a small part of the whole’? That is not always evident to decide. The smaller your part, the easier it is to feel powerless. If the odds are against you ( 1 in 100, 1 in 500) can you still make a significant difference?

Follow me in, into this Care Home example.

What if one of the 50 staff members was freed up for 1 on 1 quality time in, let’s say, giving a nice foot massage to a resident, with a good chat... all calm, with care and full attention.

Half an hour, an hour of ‘ time out’ from the  hectic, factory like care-protocols where time = money and there is not enough of both to go around and the idea of ‘ care’ is often somewhat compromised.

This staff member and the resident she is with on this Friday morning, are both fully attuned to the daily Care Home rhythm and flow. Both have spend enough time living/working in it.  So, they are fully ‘a part of it’, actively contributing to it in their respective roles, being an active part of thewe-field this Care Home is.
Once people are fully a part of a DVEP, they also can become receptive to the subtle energies of the Divine Blueprint of it. You can start relating to ‘ where you are here and now, as an active part of the whole’ to ‘ what is intended to be’, especially in calm moments where the business of everyday life, isn’t taking over.....
In this half hour, they may ( or may not) talk about life in the Care Home.

Under the energetical bonnet, you both have got a chance here to tune in, with your auto tuning system, to a calmer version of care in the Care Home, relating as two human beings to it, not living the hectic for some time, but actually living a higher idea of what care and caring in a Care Home can also be about.

Then, the magic happens.
You’ll gain experience and confidence.... this grander version of care in a Care Home IS possible here.
Both the staff member and the resident carry that vibe now., both are not only tuned into that, but are sending those vibes out too.
In return, others ( even if it is just for a short period of time before ‘ normal routines’  kicks back in) will pick up on that with their auto-tuning abilities and will on an unconscious level try to play along with those nice clear free flowing high level care vibes too!
So that ‘ good vibe’ spreads, is felt, tuned into by more people than just the one staff member and the one resident.
That is one ‘ result’. But it doesn’t stop at the level of ‘ sensing’ and ‘feeling’..

When a person is on some level aware of where you are all (intended to be) going, it is much easier to see harmonious ways to contribute in going there, in the small everyday steps you can take, within what is happening in the whole, in line with your own Divine Blueprint.

Examples?

The resident who got her feet massaged may decide, still in touch with the Blueprint Vibes, to have a chat with a lonely co-resident that day. ( an other difference for the better is made)
The staff member who did the massage may,  still in touch with the Blueprint Vibes , offer a cuppa and a friendly understanding gesture to a colleague who had a rough shift and needs to be seen, be known.  ( an other difference for the better is made)
Or.... the lonely resident picking up on the Blueprint Wavelength, sends a wave of full appreciation and understanding in nodding to another staff member who had a rough shift!  ( an other difference for the better is made)

Doesn’t all this happen without people tuning into the Divine Blueprint?
I sure hope and trust that it does happen already.
However, when more people do it more consciously, are taking these time-outs from everyday life activities deliberately, maybe even amplifying the signal of the Divine Blueprint by using vibrational  essences, those good vibes get more and more enhanced and acted upon. Changing in the desired direction gets easier, for all involved.

The stronger the signal, the more often it gets repeated, from various sides, the more people sense (with their auto tuning system) in which direction one can get as close to the overall wellbeing as possible. The, more people sense how they themselves can actively partake in it, fully within their possibilities, even on a ‘small scale’. But in really taking those actions, more energetically power (attention) gets invested in setting the Energy in motion in the same direction, moving there ( and experiencing it) as a whole!

Is this more than ' just theory' ?

A big ‘ Thank you’ to the Care Home that is actively volunteering to find out in their daily practise.
They are experimenting with enhancing the wellbeing of all involved, desiring to move into the direction of the grandest idea of this Care Home, using vibrational essences in the process,  as we speak, summer 2015.

coin sides coincide

Again, working on another project, I created a couple of images.

Illustrating that the two sides of the coin called life, coincide.... even if the links don't seem obvious.

Which made my playful 6 year old wonder:" Are you sure English people you'd like ' coincide'  written like this and not coinside....or even....go-inside?"

Enfin, A few words strung themselves to these images, to complete it as this blog post about the Knowing

consumer/creator

In the last three blog posts I introduced the idea that I think people would benefit from being both aware of and actively involved with two sides of their lives: the creating end as well as the receiving end.

The more a person is focussing on life and interacting with life from a consumer perspective, most interested in what is happening on the receiving end, usually the less content they become with (their own) life. “There must be more to life!” becomes a recurring cry- out leading to the question:”But what?”

Shops, the internet and libraries are full with options you can look into answering the question of how to be a fully functioning human being..
Depending on your personal taste, you can very well end up in the scientifical approach of the matter.
The worldly mechanical approach offers things like : self-development, psychology, sociology, biology, chemistry, economy ( to name of few)  usually emphasizing  what you need to do in the ‘seen’.
These approaches usually focus your awareness on what has proven itself in the world, easily to be experienced with your own senses, using your mind and how to keep the Consumer amused with your actions.
Fascinating.

Or, on your wanders, you might end up in the esoteric corner. The spiritual world offers for instance: religion and spirituality. The teachings in this world have in common that they are focussing your awareness on the incredible powers of the Creator (having various names, the Universal Power, God/Goddess, Spirit..... to name a few).
There, the main focus is on a meaningful (soul-) connection with the ‘unseen’, sometimes with recommendations varying in strictness on how to keep the Creator amused with your actions. Fascinating.

Most people combine the two in a customised basket in which they dip when their ordinary responsibilities (work, family life) leave room for it: some yoga on Thursdays, Paleo-diet on weekdays , Tarot-reading once a month, a good inspiring book in bath, fundraising for charity around Christmas and church on (some) Sundays.

Since most people are very much willing to share the insights that seem to work well for themselves with others in return for a small fee ( the investment of your time) or a larger fee ( the investment of some of your money too), you’ve got plenty of choice where to turn to as your providers for inspiration.

So you interrupt your everyday life for a short (or longer) while and dive into the activities provided by retreat centres, churches, diet guru’s, yoga masters, inspirational writers, charity, etcetera.
You’ll definitely feel better for doing that. You are actually doing something about it now! ( A happy consumer of various options).

If, however, after a while of doing these things, this dis-contentment on your own life still rears its ugly tail again, and again and again.... it my even become frustrating. You invested everything that was specifically asked of you ( time, money), you even enjoyed many of these activities. You tried the scientific approach on pure will power, which didn’t do it for you. You walked the spiritual path exercising blind faith, which didn’t  bring you the peace of mind with your situation as promised on the tin...
No, the same structural problems occur again and again and again.

Why is it that what works for others doesn’t seem to work for you?
What to do?

I ( yes, another one of those people investing quite some time in giving you options to choose from,  I see the irony here ), would ask you:” Have you exercised changing your (mental) position?“

Have you left the consumer frame of mind to enter the creator frame of mind?
And by that, I mean not ‘ just once’ (as consumers have a try-before-you-buy period) but have you given it a fair shot, structurally?
By that, I also don’t mean ‘ never to return’.
I do mean:” Are you regularly finding yourself in both positions? Are you able to alternate easily between the two”?

My invitation is one to play with both send and receive.

At times actively being the happy creator.
Confidently in looking,  as a webmaster would do, regularly at what is going on behind the scenes of your own ‘ website’ and playing with making (structural) adjustments there to the content, look and feel and functionalities on your website.

At times, actively being a happy consumer.
Confidently looking, as a consumer does, at what is presented on the front end of your website: content, look and feel and enjoy playing with the functionalities on your own ‘website’.

I observe that in the modern Western World we are conditioned to be mainly concerned playing with our consuming power and activities, thinking that is where we are having most control on what happens in our life.

And we do have a lot of control as a conscious consumer, don’t get me wrong! Consumer behaviour has an enormous impact on your own life and that of others.
All I do here, is inviting you to play with the idea that you have more options available, when you log into your life as a conscious creator too.

introducing me-time

In the previous two blog post I introduced:
-          Two meanings of content
-          Two positions of content: (co-)creator and end-users

I started to explain how being actively involved in the content of your life, as a co-creator, opens the way to make structural changes in a sustainable way.

But only logging in in the right place, isn’t changing anything structurally to the system, yet. Although ..... chances are you feel already in a slightly better position (more content-A).
In that frame of mind, you probably also see opportunities for small changes that would  improve the quality of the content (B). You feel your own influence and so you feel more content-A too.

Compared it again to logging into a database environment online.
Looking at the data stored, you see typo’s in the text somewhere and correct them, you make grammar corrections, update a link here and there and replace a photo with a more recent one. Or you remove to the achieve a whole lot of things nobody has been using for ages. Simple, relatively inconsequential changes, easy to make.

This is nice too and doing these things familiarises yourself with various ways of keeping your data up tot date, which is part of the purpose of the management system.
Structurally however, nothing much has changed.

For structural changes to take place, you need to relate to all data, all routines. That means, moving a step deeper into the settings of your systems, to the heart of it, the core, the control centre.

This may take a little more imagination to do in your off-line life shaping exercises.
It also takes a little bit more discipline in paying attention with full focus, courage and awareness of consequences.
Changing a setting in your core settings, has much more effect in more places than changing a ‘;’ into a ‘,’ in a text, as you can imagine.

Just ‘ doing it’ and ‘ see what happens’ may not be the wisest strategy to apply.
If all your systems go down as a result, can anybody support you?
If your whole appearance ( what you present to the world) changes in look and feel, will it scare your loyal customers ( friends, family, co-workers, clients etc) away? Do you want that?

But then again, if your system settings are outdated and not producing desirable results to your highest standard of quality anymore to your single most loyal end-user who spends a  complete lifetime with you (yourself!) anymore...something needs to be done!

From here it may get even a little bit more abstract.
The issue here is that, as far as I know, there is no concrete physical control panel to change these settings with your fingertips, that I can show you where it is, what it looks like  and how it works.
These settings are made using your mind, your thoughts.

But since that is the same ‘ device’ and ‘ interface’ you use as a user, you really have got to be aware of where you are in the process. There is no icon in the right hand corner indicating that you are logged in, no impressive menu structure looking distinctively differently from the users-interface.

What helps, to my mind, is to divide your time actively between two distinctively different things:
-          Service as usual, where you are open to the outside world, to work, play, socialise etc.
-          Me-time, where you are disconnected from the outside world. You are not involved in tasks for or with anybody else.

Me-time is the time where you go to the centre of your world, the core of your being and spend some time being completely in control of what you do and how you do it.
You are in the centre of your own attention and if and when you feel it is useful, you  monitor your systems. Just observe, to start with.
How am I doing? How am I feeling? What is on my mind?
Change nothing... just observe what asks for your attention, rolls over the screens of your inner eyes and see ( most of) it disappear.

Learn to see that in this mode.... none of what you see( or feel) is what appears like this on the outside. But it is giving you clues about what is going on under the bonnet, the place where you can make the desired changes, by the time you’ve got a good feel for it all.

To most of the people in the Western World at the moment, me-time is difficult.
We have programmed ourselves with the understanding that we need to be available and actively ‘doing’ something all day. That we are not-productive, doing ‘nothing’, and anti-social.
We have programmed ourselves with the understanding that  mind chatter is a bad thing that needs to be switched of.
We have programmed ourselves with the understanding that there are ‘ bad’ feelings and if you feel them there is something wrong with you.
... just to name a few.....

These programs kick you out of where your power for change lies, in no-time!

Before you can do anything else, under the bonnet, you’ve got to reprogram the time-out time on your device (your mind) . This is the  time your system allows any logged in user to sit and observe without doing anything.

Set a timer and take every 20 minutes a 5 minute break in which you ‘ do nothing’, you just are, alone with yourself.
You leave all the tasks you were working on and don’t pick up new ones ( no, not even eating, drinking, active toilet use, or smoking!).
You go somewhere where you are alone and you don’t talk to anybody.
All devices are switched of or left behind ( phones, p.c.’s)
You don’t take any input in ( no books, no food, no drinks) except for air, preferably fresh air.
If doing nothing is hard, you can walk. Preferably ‘ to nowhere in particular’, preferably in nature, away from human activities/ energies.
Every time before you go back into the world, ask yourself, do I feel centred?

It doesn’t matter if you don’t, or even have no idea what that would be.
You’ll recognise it when it is there.

That is the feeling that is indicating: you are in full control, right in the middle of you own Universe.
Create the routine of having (that often? Yes! You need to become comfortable with spending time with yourself in the core)  me-time  and feel this centred-feeling when it occurs.

That is your indicator that you are in the right place to make sustainable structural changes to your life. You are logged in and all control powers are available to you. Happy in yourself.

Happily and confidently self -centred in a complete different meaning than egotistical.
These are the differences:

Happily self-centred: your awareness is involvend in all that is part of your Universe
Happily egotistical:
your awareness is only involvend in all the parts of the Universe that you feel are pleasing you.
What you don't like (although relevant to your world) is kicked out of the awareness.

To be continued....

positions and roles in content

This blog post continues where I left of yesterday, where I introduced the idea to change ( mental ) position looking at ‘ content’.

Let go of the idea that you need to create the sensation of feeling content with what is in your reality.
Adopt the idea that you need to be content(B), with what is in your reality... see: in the other meaning!!! Be content(B), be part of the data-set in your reality, complete with all your honest feelings and thoughts about it ( simply: more relevant data!).

OK, so, that is the core idea. Now what?
Now it is time to actively partake in it, start playing with it all.

How?
It begins with actively reminding yourself of the (positive) meaning this whole dataset, with you in it, has in your eyes. That means answering the question:
“How can being here, in amongst this set of data, actually been viewed as a good thing?”

Keep in mind. In doing this, you don’t have to deny that you don’t  like all of it, in the order it is presenting itself  in right now! You are not pretending nor denying anything, just shifting focus (for now).
The point of this part of the whole process here is to acknowledge that you got yourself here as a result of all the choices you made before today. There must have been good reasons for choosing these elements, otherwise you wouldn’t have chosen them. Even if you believe it was your loved-ones, teachers or society choosing these things ‘ for you’, there are reasons why you are invested in these very same things too.

List them, openly, honestly, as many as you can think of:
“I am here, in amongst this lot, because it provide(s/d)  me with the joy of .......”

Making such a list, viewing the available data from within, in a meaningful and positive light, relating it to the meaning they once had (and maybe still have)  to yourself, is allowing the same set of data produced by the creator (content-B) to be re-viewed in a semi-OK style (content-A).
That is the first step to happiness, like content ( B)  is only a step into becoming information ( that selection of data that is meaningful for the end-user).

Don’t stop here, if you desire to see significant changes!
Only looking at what is missing is just as ineffective  as only focussing on the blessings.

You are now aware of all the keys ingredients: what is missing and what you like about it and why.
Having both sides in mind, is allowing yourself to shift into the position with much more creative power, you are shifting now from the perspective of the end-user to the perspective of the creator.
These are two different roles you have in the process of shaping your life: you are both creator of content (B)  and end-user ( hopefully: content A).

It really helps to make a distinction between those roles.
As long a s you are confusing yourself with yourself, there is not much either of you sees they can structurally and meaningfully do.
Confusing?

Bear with me a while longer, I’ll explain that some more, comparing this with similar processes you are probably more familiar with: internet websites.

In information management (think database management for websites), when you are a client/customer, you may have some adding-, structuring-  and changing rights on the users-end, but you have no rights to change anything in the structural order of the overall system!
Only those who log-into the database as a creator, can make any really significant structural changes to its structure and programs.

As a consumer, you can’t change anything under the bonnet of ‘ Google’ , ‘ Amazon’ or ‘ Facebook’.
Yes, you are allowed to create your own account, change the look and feel, add information in your profile. Fine, jolly nice. You can feel very creative with the options given.
But you can’t add functionality to it that Google, Amazon or Facebook haven’t allowed you to.
Try changing a price for a book, try influencing the order Google shows results to others, try altering something on somebody else’s Facebook page.
It is not happening through the front door... you don’t have the creative rights to do so.

Even a developer working for Google/Amazon or Facebook, can’t change anything structural entering the system using the customer entrance. They need to go through the staff-entrance, to have access to their control panels, in the back-office of the system.
They don’t need to leave their chair for it, they can use the same device for it... they just need to login differently.

The same principle applies in your own off-line life creating exercise.

If you look at the appearance of data in your life as  a non-content(A) (end-) consumer,  ...... you are not in the right(full)  creative position to make structural, significant changes.
There, in that position, you can see what is presented. You can have an opinion on what you like and what you don’t like.  You might even have suggestions what would please you more.
However, unless you personally get ‘in’-volved with the fields where all the data are controlled and handled,  you very objectively can’t see all the options to make it better. You don’t have access to the control panels of all of it and so you can’t make sustainable meaningful changes with structural integrity.

That has nothing to do with the fact that you are not pleased with the results, (being a human or spiritual malpractice... doing something ‘ wrong’)
It has everything to do with the fact that you are not, under the bonnet, logged in as (co-)creator, who knows why this structure was made, knows the reasons why this composition is arranged like this, in favour of other possibilities.

A creator also knows all the consequences of changing ‘ one thing’ somewhere  deep in the structure.  It often has consequences on many levels. As simple as it may seem on the users-end...... those structural changes need consideration and handling with care.

But if all the end-users complain structurally about something and give signals that they need different things, the (co-)creator is obviously more than willing to be at service and re-creates.
A (co-)creator does the necessary to evolve the system from 6.1 in to 6.2, or revolutionizes it in jumping from 6.2 to 7.0, if more drastic changes are necessary to be made.  Usually, after testing the new routines, before putting them life, by the way.

Being in it now, acknowledging you are the creator, under the bonnet of the meaningful infrastructure of the data, you are now in a position to look around and see (and adjust) the order in it.
That is the only position, where you have all creation rights ( to your own creations).

This is where I have to put in a comment on my use of the deliberate use of the word co-creation . Usually (unless you are a hermit, living entirely away from everybody else) you’ve got various plug-ins running in your system.  Pieces of programming more people are involved in (co-workers, partners, friends). Even though you are a co-creator of those programs, they’ll not appreciate it much if you make fundamental changes tothat without them being in the loop of your actions, preferably acting with their consent on the proposed changes.
Here is an illustration of what I said so far about positions.

The orange O is the mental position you take, relative to the data (X's) in your world.

End-user perspective:
looking at what is going on in your life from a distance, based on it's appearances.
Not in a position to change it's structure.
Content (A):
Logged in as being part of the content (B)
Being aware of appearances as well as positive reasons for this (own) co-creation
You are ' in' the content (B) state. Time to look at your control panel and explore your possibilities.
Moving from simply being in a content ( A+B) state to a happy and centered state:
Centered: in the content heart of control
More on that, in the next blog post.

Changing position

This whole blog is about processing information.  “Bleuh... nerd alert......booooooring!” (????  )

Well, if you like the topic of ‘ simply being happy and enjoying yourself’ better, than this may be of more interest to you than meets the eye.

I work from the understanding that life is a creative process. How you process information is, to my mind, of high influence on two scores:
·         how much you like what is going on in your life and
·         how much influence you feel you have on how it takes shape.

Both are known to be strong indicators for happiness and a sense of wellbeing.
If I had to point out one activity I find helpful for boosting up your wellbeing, than it would be ‘change your position’.

I see so much benefits in this, that I say (and live by) :” If it is no joy, change your position”.
Which refers always primarily to ‘changing my mental position’ even in the cases when changing my body position is part of it, or doing something else.
Changing the angle of how you look at something, changes the experience and gives you new, fresh, information.

It works everywhere, always.

Taking pictures on eye-level and finding them a bit boring with the horizon always as a flat centrepiece in the composition?
Change the angle, bend you neck  and see what happens. Look down from a birds-eye perspective, (or up) and.....there are no more flat lines in the centre of your attention anymore.
Zoom in, see the details of the scene, or zoom out, see the patterns of the scene, the broader picture and be amazed by the new things  you see., the lines and shapes in the completely new composition of the exact same reality, without you stepping away from it.

Bored with looking? Close your eyes and listen, feel, taste, smell..... taking your eyes out of the equation changes the whole experience again.

General advise:
Bored with doing the same things over and over again in the same way?
Do them differently!

Walk an ordinary boring trip to the wheelie bin with bare feet and it is surely not boring anymore.
Eat the same-old meal on another location, presented in a different way and observe how different it tastes. Or use the very same ingredients and see how many completely different meals you can make from it, in taste, flavour, texture.

What I find important to point out is what happens ‘ under the bonnet’. Usually fairly soon, what is boosting your happiness, is that you are changing your relative position to the formation, the order of the ‘data’ you receive.

In looking at the ‘ data’ in a different order, from a different angle, you see different things. Things that were hidden, from the position you were in, are now more obvious. Things that where ‘in your face’ but you had reached your’ levels of satisfaction’ with, are moving to the background, making room for other things to be viewed as more important, relevant to the overall composition of the reality you are in right now.
Which gives the joy of knowing to have a choice, the choice to see (more of) what is meaningful to you at any given moment. You can influence the quality of the experience, you can influence how much you like what you see, by looking at it differently.

That may be perceived as ‘ well, nothing has really changed then, has it? It is just adding another veneer on the same situation!’ What use has that?

Good point, if this was all that was to it. However, the joy doesn’t stop there! It influences your next step.

From that different mental position, you are attracted to different things in the set of available data.
Another snippet of data in the formation has become more meaningful ( compared to the others in the same field). It is allowed to take the lead in the formation.
In allowing that to happen, you get from the very same set of data, a different experience, different information and so you’ll make different decisions.

You have opened yourself up to the possibility to move from there into another direction than the directions you are familiar with. Especially useful if you’ve had enough of taking certain routes that you find not so joyful  (anymore).

Yes, I can tell you in advance based on my own experiences: not all experiments on changing your position will produce glorious new ways.

However, in improving your experimenting skills of changing your mental position and looking at the same set of data differently, you are learning to see what it is you actually like to see more of, more often and which directions you prefer, seeing now a palette of choice.

Seen like this, the way you look at things, does make a world of difference.

Relative position

This whole blog speaks about how people process information, in the social context life provides. It  aims to give suggestions on how to be more effective, more resourceful and meanwhile enjoying the process more.

One of life’s fascinating challenges is in the matter of ‘how to express a desire for change in a group’?
It  can already be turbulent to play with ideas for change, all by yourself. Adding more people in the mix comes with a whole booby trapped force field in its own right: group dynamics.

This force field has become so booby trapped, because as a species, we’ve made a collective polarising decision: you are either ‘ in’ or ‘out’. You are either part of ‘us’ or part of  ‘them’.
If you are part of ‘us’ you behave like us in the way we all agreed on, either explicitly or implicitly.

Sticking your head out to say:” He guys, actually, there is something in the way things are going that doesn’t please me.”, is therefore best handled with care and consideration.
On some level of our consciousness, we all know that every single minor or major conflict in this world between people, began with somebody giving expression to this very same thought :” He guys, actually, there is something in the way things are going that doesn’t please me.”
Do you want to be that person, starting the next World War?

On a theoretical spiritual level, it is often said:” We are all one.” and peace would follow from that understanding.
On a practical day to day level, when the going gets tough on our little corner of this planet, most people I deal with, including myself, don’t see that, we don’t feel that, we don’t experience that and so we don’t understand that at all.

Can’t peace follow from our current levels of understanding? That’s ‘a bugger’!

Will it always be that our palette of choice seems to be, in order to maintain some sort of peace, somewhere in the system:
-          we either swallow our discomforts and suggestions for change favouring  the peace of mind that comes with belonging to a group, or
-          we express our suggestions for change favouring the peace of mind within yourself, respecting our values and ways.

This tension ‘ under the bonnet’ is feeding the grid of the booby trap in the group dynamics.

As long as you stick to one of the two strategies, all is relatively calm. But one tiny morsel of information jumping over the fence to the other strategy and ‘ bang!’, you’ve tripped a mine.
That morsel doesn’t have to be a word.....( it usually isn’t),  it can be uttered in body language, tone of voice,  in actions taken.

I am sure there is a safe way to deal with this mine-field and that is to re-understand it:
This field is a mine-field..... a field to mine ( delve actively into bring to the light and share not only your finds, but also the work and the profits with the others in the same mind-field).
If you can step away from the idea that it is only a field with mines, a first step is made to explore a grander reality, a more peaceful reality.

We don’t have to deny, that  after so many centuries of human  inter relational warfare, there are booby traps and mines under the surface of our consciousness and our relations.

But if we decide more and more often not to add any more and to de-activate gently and together any existing mines we happen to find, being on the lookout for the gems in life to share, we’ve actually ended the war.

This sounds very noble and I suppose Alfred Nobel himself would be jumping up and down of excitement with this analogy.
For those who don’t know, he was the founder of the Nobel Peace Prize, earned a fortune with an invention that was intended to make mining easier, giving people access to all sorts of materials to build a good life with. But his invention became more known for its use as a material to destroy good lives with easily and quickly, in warfare: dynamite.

Still, on a practical level, it leaves some puzzles to solve.
How can expressing a desire for change be done in another, peaceful, harmonious way? Practically. Usable in the real challenges of everyday life, where the dynamite is still all around, ready to detonate on impact?

The strategy:
Be aware of your relative position in giving suggestions for change to a person or a group.

Check first if you are ‘ in’ or ‘ out’, by answering one simple question:
“Is this a person ( or a group of people)  with whom I share that we often and consistently refer to ourselves  as ‘ we’ ?”
If the answer is ‘yes’, fine, that means ‘ you’ are ‘in’.
That means you are in a position to moving on to the next step of  mining in order to bringing things to the light, under their attention.

If the answer is truthfully ‘ no’, that means you are ‘ out’.
You are seeing them as ‘ them’ they are seeing you as part of ‘ the others’. You are in another field. You are not in a position to start bringing things to the light, under their attention about their mining field activities!!!!!!!
No matter how intrinsically valuable the gems are you see right under their noses in their field. No matter how intrinsically sound you advise it, not matter how peaceful your intentions are. You are not ‘in’, you are not actively personally involved. It is literally not ‘ your place’ to make or suggest changes.
(In another blog I may feel inclined some day in the future to expand on this thought in how ‘campaigners’ propose changes are made by ‘ big companies’, or ‘ governments’. But using your imagination, you might already have some clues)

Next, it is important to ‘ in-vest’ in your in-ness, in this moment.
Realise, answering the former question only indicates that in the recent past up till now there has been enough evidence that there is a common mining field you all refer regularly to as  ‘we’.

But you haven’t in-vest-igated yet if you are (all) actually in the same place, in this very same moment!
Are you personally fully in it right now?
Is the other person in it right now?

All people have more mining fields, you know.  All people also have a personal one called ‘ me’ too, that they like to attend to regularly.
You may be ready to launch something, but if you are not in the same mining field right now, it is rather perceive to be a missile than a message, because technically, you are ‘out’, right now.

Usually, inviting a person in a friendly way to come to your mutual ‘ we’-field  if you see they are not there, is enough for them to let them know when they can be there too.

Now, some more subtle interesting interplay takes place.
You’ve got to find out if the suggestion you are going to bring under the attention, is viewed by all involved as part of the we-field...something everybody, part of mining this we-field, is actively personally involved in.
Observe what happens if you launch a suggestion for change to somebody you have usually a good  relation with, about something you are clearly not actively and personally in-volved in.
Fireworks in your we-field!
So, it must not only be clear that you are both in the same field, right now, it also has to be clear that you are both personally actively involved in the subject you bring to the light in this field, right now.

Bringing something ( anything but surely if it has emotional charge) you mined elsewhere ( in your me-field maybe) to the we-field expressing a desire that the other should do something with it and you stand safely back ... may, for the obvious reason of the current state of affairs in this world, be regarded with suspicion. Why is it that you stand back from it?
So, since you are bringing the subject up since you feel it has importance to the development of this we-field, you have to show your personal active involvement first, right here, right now.
You do that by holding the matter close to your heart, exposing  and expressing everything you hold dear about the issue-in-relation-to-the-we-field.  You share everything you are aware of, but above all you share how it resonates with you on an emotional level relating it openly to your mutual goals and shared values in the we-field.
You state as clearly as you can your motives on why you think what you brought to the light is to be viewed as an asset and not a mine.
If you suspected something could be a mine, you wouldn’t hold it close to your heart. You wouldn’t  touch it, knock on it and praise it for the good qualities you see in it as part of your joint venture, mining the we-field, would you? Would you happily and calmly already have dealt with some of the obvious actions you are proposed could be made? Can you show, right here, right now, that you’ve actually touched it, played with it and looked into how it can transform to the liking of all involved?

It doesn’t do wonders for the structural integrity and the mutual harmony and joy of a we-field to bring mines to it, or to give the impression that you don’t have much information about it  (and don’t care).
And remember, what you say about a topic is maybe 20% of the information you convey about the topic. What you actively personally do with it, what you show in actions and body language about it makes up about 80% of the communication of your opinion on the matter. Energetically conveying the deeper meanings it holds to your system.

When the need to state in your defence rises: “They could/should have asked me questions!”.. you know then that something blew in the we-field.
You have now moved to your me-field, referring to a part of ‘we’ as ‘they’.  You have moved from ' in' to 'out'.
Peace negotiations, waving white flags and picking up some pieces and do some repair work may be the next issue to delve into, in the we-field.

I see the dichotomy.
Here I am conveying suggestions for change.
Saying  that when one conveys suggestions for  change to somebody, one must  make sure they are both in the same field, at the same place, sharing values and mutual goals and all that.
Where am I now, showing you that this is not a mine? Holding it close to my heart?
You can only see my words ( 20% of my communication). How are you supposed to probe into to other 80% of my communication?

Yes, this is part of the truth and that part is completely true, I am violating my own advise here, big style!

However, I also know that there is a larger truth.
In that one I acknowledge that you and me, we are not in a we-field. I write this in my me-field. You volunteer to look into this information in your me-field. Different in time and place. You might not even know me, personally.  In this field, who I am and what I do, doesn’t matter at all. You are relating to words and your resonances to them. In our respective me-fields, we are alone reflecting and vibrating on experiences.

That, is again entirely true (to me), but again part of a larger truth.
We are in a we-field, were we share all information openly and freely and share mutual goals and values, right now, right here. On the physical plane this we-field is called ‘ us, conscious beings’ .
On the metaphysical plane it is called the collective consciousness, or as I call it more intimately ‘ the Knowing’. In this we-field, that contains our collective resonances on experiences, we are all one.

See which of these three truth speaks to you most.
It is all about ' relative position'.
May it guide you, when you sleep a night on the practical implications of it.
