A blog is not a book :-)

This blog is written in International English, the fluid ever evolving dialect of people in the Western World who are broadening their mental horizons, exploring different ways of being beyond their own cultural programming.

One request to all readers, but especially the native English speakers: please assess the quality and usability of the texts on this blog using the dictionary and grammar book of your soul.

I write on this blog what I feel inspired to write, when I feel inspired to write it, in no particular order. I hope you'll enjoy the fuzzy logic behind it too.

the 3 wise nomads

Hypocritus, Hippocrates , Hypothesus
(and Hypochonder, the one who physically carries the really heavy stuff)
on their way, paying their respect with their best gifts
It is august.
Not the time of year, traditionally to speak of Epiphany, with three wise people paying their respects to the embodiment of a good life.
But heh….. if they knock on my door today, what am I to do…. send them away?
There is plenty of space for them to spend a night here, three fish in the freezer, three courgettes in the garden.
Why not share what we’ve got?

They shared with me their wisdom and what I heard put a smile on my face.
The four of us spoke about life, what works for them, what works for me.
It matched so beautifully, their story simply has to become a blog post.

Let me first sketch, how they presented themselves.

(They all fulfil their specialised tasks to their best ability and have a power  source that supports them, and they consult it whenever they can as their main power source. So, in whatever they do, they refer to it, like in their introduction here.)

Hypocritus:
I am a public relations specialist. It is my job to keep an eye on the image that took years to carefully built up. I contribute to the sustenance of good appearances, so help me…. my belief system.
Hippocrates:
I am a healer. It is my job to fix things that have gone wrong. I contribute to the sustenance of good health, so help me…. my protocols. ( I am also the main carer for Hypochonder)
Hypothesus:
I am a developer. It is my job to improve things so they go structurally better. I contribute to good developments, so help me…. my imagination.

We had some fun comparing notes, their experiences and mine.

I showed them some of my analogies and we soon agreed on how it fitted in with their Nomadic lifestyle.
In  my map of Joy, Hippocrates identified himself with seeking Peace, Hypocritus with seeking Pleasure and Hypothesus with seeking Harmoney.

In my music analogy, Hippocrates recognised himself as the creator of the base, the steady natural rhythm of the beat, Hypocritus with creating the melody, whistling and singing the nice tunes and Hypothesus the creator of the compositions, the arrangements.

In the be-do-have paradigm I mentioned (as a toy to play with from Neale Donald Walsch), they saw their place:
  • Hippocrates is most concerned with ‘ What I do’,
  • Hypocritus is most concerned with  ‘ What I have’,
  • Hypothesus with ‘ What I am’.

Their focuses of service:
  • Hippocrates : the high (working) standards of the physical elements ( the body) , mechanical/technical connections, ‘ what will people (be able) to do?’
  • Hypocritus : the high standards of the outward appearance,  the social connections, ‘what will people (be able to ) think’ (mind)
  • Hypothesus: the high standards of development, the meta-physical connections (soul) , ‘ what will people (be able to) experience’

We spoke about the quality of life and how much frustration there is in this world inner and outer conflicts everywhere, people seeking for happiness, meanwhile struggling. Finding life: shallow, dull or lonely.

They laughed.
  • Hippocrates says, whenever he is out doing his own for a long time, people call him dull and eventually he starts to look for more happiness.
  • Hypocritus, says, whenever he is out doing his own thing for a long time, people call him shallow and eventually he starts to look for more happiness.
  • Hypothesus says, whenever he stays home and Hypocritus and Hippocrates are out and about for a long time, together or apart, he gets somewhat lonely, because nobody visits him until they come home and start to look for more happiness.

Is there a moral  in this encounter?

My hypotheses would be:
That if your happiness can do with a boost, see that you are the whole nomadic tribe.
You are Hippocrates, Hypocritus and Hypothesus, they are the 3 wise personalities of your whole wisdom as a human being, paying their respective respects in sharing their gifts with the  embodiment of a good life (you).
Everybody is Hippocrates, Hypocritus and Hypothesus.

The most interesting question is how the three of them are welcomed iand invited to share all their gifts in your dwelling, in you, by you, with you.

Their main focus:
Hypocritus: words..... form
Hippocrates: deeds......energy in form
Hypothesus: meaning..... energy

soul on the radio

Soulful living:
simultaneously
consciously
being
attuned to
the eternal moment of now
with a very clear signal
energetically sound
all around

I played some more with yesteryday's image and incorporated the paragraph I read before falling asleep.

Yes, people can predominantly focus the mind on the short term pleaures of the body.
Yes, people can predominantly focus the mind on the long term aspects of the two.

Has anybody told ' people' that the mind is a stereo device and can receive both channels simultaniously for a much richer, completer experience?

Yes, somebody just did....right here, right now.

But there may be a wider picture to this too......

SYMYDY and collective consciousness

Anybody who has lived in my close proximity in the last three years has been exposed to one of my guiding phrases: Say ‘yes’, mean ‘yes’ and do ‘yes’.( SYMYDY).

Life runs so much smoother, I find, when people do (‘yes’) what is in line with their own true values (mean ‘yes’) and communicate about their true actions and true values (‘yes’), all openly, without adding extra tension .
Extra tension is added when observable true values that are being known in that instant, are being held back, not allowed to be openly known and taken into account.

What I notice is that most people have developed a form of collective consciousness that I can call sequential. They take one interaction at the time and manage them in sequence of appearance, depending on their perception of the collective in that instant. What is expected of me in the group that I am a part of right now, is the leading question.
They hop from collective to collective and act in line with what appears to be expected, there.

And trust me, when we are in a collective, we are wired to be in touch with what is expected and desired! Our auto-tuning system picks up on that, without fail.

Now, the last 48 hours came with an avalanche of examples where the effects of the sequential approach of collective consciousness were shown to me.

I had to apply quite a lot of (positive= joyful) wonderment to the observations in order to see beyond the various effects it had on me.
Effects that varied between slight puzzlement with an amusing element to it, to complete frustration and anger( depending on the extend I felt thwarted in my rhythm and flow as a result of somebody else’s choices and actions)

I’ll pick an example form the row of examples that was relatively mild in its effects, but also very clear.

It was changeover day in the castle the two of us are looking after.

The guests have agreed to leave at 10 o’clock, giving us enough time to swap the bedding and clean the place before the next guest can arrive, as from 16.00.
It is a vast place, everybody can see that. We need most of that time to get it all done.

As from 9.00 there was busyness, the guests where gathering their things, sticking the rubbish in the wheelie bins etcetera.

We were around and so, regularly, we exchanged a few words.
In the five conversations I had with various adult members of the party, always the process of leaving was topic:
  • They asked what time they were supposed to leave and confirmed that that would happen, since they were all on the case.
  • They all promised that they would say their goodbyes in person to us, just before they would leave.
  • They were all showing their ‘ being busy to get ready to leave’ to us, by moving at high speed over the gravel.
  • Making comments that they, the adults, were already ready, but that it was the three teenagers who needed to wake up and get ready.

Nice words, nice smiles. All very pleasant.
10 o’clock came and went.

I knew that the new guests were not likely to arrive at 4 o’clock sharp, so I looked at it with slight amusement, knowing that we’d have time to do the cleaning, even if these guests needed some more time. There was no need to try to persuade them to speed things up.
The main challenge I had to cope with was that there wasn’t much I could do meanwhile. ‘Waiting’ is not among my preferred activities in life, so I found a magazine I could read in, that I could drop easily when they would be ready to say goodbye and go.

11 o’clock came and went.

At some point we heard that they were done in the bedrooms and we could start work in there.
It was when I was carrying the laundry to the place where the washing machines are, that I found all but one sitting in their cars, ready to go.
When I came back to the car, now empty handed (easier to say goodbyes properly)  the last person said ‘ bye to me and from the car came waves and some said: ‘ say goodbye to Richard from us, will you?’

11.30 and off they went.
Nice words, nice smiles, my smile slightly bemused and puzzled, I think.

Richard was disappointed that they had left without giving him a chance to say goodbye.
I was bemused about all the ‘ acting’; that had been going on to ....... to what exactly? To convince us of something happening, that wasn’t really happening at all.
I phrased it  as : ‘say something, to please us (?)  but  do something completely different’

In the light of the theme of this blog post, I’d say that this was a beautiful example of how sequential collective consciousness is put in action.

Every time one of the guests was speaking to us, a small collective was formed. Given their words, they were well aware of our values, needs and desires, concerning their actions. Probably also willing to act accordingly.

However, every time they stepped back into the house, our little collective was forgotten about, or at least faded into the background reality of their current  group collective, a completely different field of needs, desires and expectations of everybody. An energy field, a dynamic with more influence on the behaviour of the individuals,  apparently .....observing the doing, that was a result of it.

Is this just an example of sequential collective consciousness? Farfetched even, an exception of ‘ those people’ , not worth standing still and looking at, really? Not having anything to do with your reality?

Well, let’s extrapolate on the principle, see if it rings a bell in your reality.

Do you say to your boss that you are entirely happy doing something after hours?
Do you complain with your co-workers about the work load and how unreasonable the boss is?
Do you then say to your partner that you are not happy with it but had to....when she complains that you were not in time for this special dinner, as promised?

Yes, in every situation mentioned above you may be saying the things the people in that audience desire to hear from  you and you may even mean it, in that instant and have the intention to act accordingly.(SYMYDY)

But then you step into the reality of another collective, sensing the different vibes of needs and desires, you sequentially go with that flow. Saying the things the people in that new audience desire to hear from  you and you may even mean that, in that instant and have the intention to act accordingly too.(SYMYDY again)
All is still well if those actions simply happen to coincide.... or... if the collectives never meet and the observables different truths of what you say and what you do don’t come to the light.

But your boss is likely not to be amused to find out that you say you are happy in his face, and you expressing the exact opposite to your co-workers.
Your partner is probably not amused hearing your boss cheerfully explain to her in the supermarket that you volunteered eagerly among many candidates of co-workers to work on Wednesday evening. Wasn’t that the exact same evening you promised to spend with her but cancelled last minute because you said you were almost forced to work?

Of course, you can say that the reaction of the boss and your partner to this snippet of information being revealed is completely up to them. They chose to perceive it in a certain way and therefore chose their emotional response to it. Part of the truth, I would say, you can’t be held responsible for how people perceive your behaviour.
But can you be held responsible for you actual observable actions......?
Can people inquire with you how what you say relates to what you do and inform you about the effects your choices have on them?

Yes, that may be a scary thought.
But in my experience, it is not as difficult as it may seem.
There is at least one very good reason for that.

Most people are aware, know from their own experience, that it is not always easy to juggle various roles and responsibilities. We’ve all been there, we are all under the influence of sensing the vibes of the needs and desires of the collective you are physically in right now being very strong, impacting on values in other collectives you are a part of. Doing something that has an unpleasant impact on somebody else we hold dear, is no fun, we all know that.

If and when it happens and you are open about what happened and are clearly willing to see the position of the other and the effects, the consequences your choices of actions have caused and you show you’ve learned from it, it is soon a thing of the past, solved in peace.

Things start to look less peaceful when a part of a collective is not showing willingness to work with (all of ) it, move with its dynamics, taking all relevant  parts at least most of the time into account in words as well as in observable aligned actions.....doing justice to the available talents and resources to flow abundantly and dynamically.
That has consequences for the structural integrity of the collective and the dynamics in it.

Apparently, I have a strong sense of con-sequential collective consciousness.
What consequences do my choices and action shave, not only in the (small) collective I am currently physically and energetically in contact with ( the person or the group involved in the task at hand), but for all the people I am in touch with, involved with, the whole composition I am a part of. Are all available resources in the flow, being used, allowed to freely contribute what they can?

Yes, this is a meta-physical awareness.
But not in some airy fairy explanation of the unseen that is completely inconsequential to the physical reality of our lives... (!)
Yes, indeed, it is with an awareness of the collectives I cannot see right now, I am not currently aware of, in my real-time e-scape. But being a part of those collectives is by me understood to be consequential in the endless sequences of e-scapes I’ll encounter.
I am constantly not only aware of the individual transaction I make in that instant, but also on how this transaction fits in all the transactions I make and value, also with other collectives I am a part of. From that awareness, having very little to do with any airy fairy esoteric philosophical theory, I am coordinating my choices to a coherent, harmonious composition that anybody can inquire about at any moment of any day, to contribute what I can to peace, pleasure and harmoney, for all involved.

Meta-..... ‘ beyond’ , implying ‘coordinated’ and being about itself ( meta-communication is communicating about the communication... keeping an eye on the process of communication, the patterns and structure beyond each individual expression)

You may think there is an easy way to stay out of the troubles that arise when you are not harmonising all your say ‘ yes’ to.

Some people try to make this paradox work:
They promise themselves: “ I never make a promise to anybody again.”

Apart from the obvious observation that you are breaking the only promise you apparently find useful to make, with the one person you can’t escape from no matter in what collective you are present: yourself.....
...unless you decide to live far away from all living beings...... it is something you are not able to do.

Try one day avoiding constructions as:” I am going to.....”, “ I shall........”, “ I’ll be....”
No matter how many promises you allow yourself not to make or keep, making plans is part  of your human nature, as is communicating about it. If it is not in words, than you still do it in energy and people pick up on it. They will see you act, either accordingly, in line with your own vibes, or not, but in either case, they’ll interact with your actions, your choices and your vibes.

You may think:” But in saying ‘ I am going to....” I am not making any promise to anybody. It is an inconsequential statement of a plan, I can change my mind about it anytime and do something else!”

Well, I am not stopping you from that experiment, if you think it is a fun one to conduct.

Let me know if you’ve found proof that inconsequential exist.
I am curious to see what that looks like.
I haven’t experienced it so far in 43 years.

Tuning into Joy

It put a smile on your face ( hopefully) the cat and dog analogies in the two previous blog posts.
If you wonder:” How can  this food for thought be used practically in every day life?” .... in this blog post I’m going to share my ideas on how you can implements a couple of understandings in a simple way.

Let me first summarise the understandings I am sticking in the mix here. They all got introduced in earlier posts.

Summary of insights:

I gave an illustration of how being a team with your soul guides you to go out into the world of energy and enjoy yourself with it.

In the world of energy, you’ll encounter other living beings and you’ll have interactions with them. Some briefly, only once.... others more frequently and longer.

We-fields develop, you are relating and teaming up, investing energy in mutual goals and purposes, no matter how small ( exchanging 10 tomatoes for €1,50, just once) or how big ( raising a child, setting up and running  a multi millions business).

Every being: (dynamically vibrating energy pattern... DVEP)  has a soul of itself.

Coming full circle on the analogy: you could say that every we-field has its  own guide dog too, to help guide this (collective) being as a whole. (*)

Looking at the e-scape of a collective ( soul level)  a collective thrives when for all parts these three elements are present, regularly, consistently, harmoniously, dynamically:
  1. Continuity of a structure to play in, work from
(a home, a comfort zone, with recognisable characteristics like  shape, rhythm, flow)
  2. Inspiration to follow
( new interesting influences, of a high(er) quality , more complexion, with (more) depth to it  relief variety and a reasonable amount of challenge, the instructions on the Divine Blueprint)
  3. Express itself to its highest joy and be followed
( initiating a change, taking the lead in a dynamic system, feel the response of other beings tuning into its highest joy)

Practical option for implementation

Up to speed, now. You are interested in your practical everyday life issues being solved in a simple practical way?
Good News! That is what this blog post is about!

There is a very down to earth ( natural) way to look at this e-scaping and deal pragmatically with it. Almost no effort for you and great results for everybody involved. 80/20 thinking in full swing.

Before you get all excited... I have to warn you:
“O yeah.... by the way...... most people find this extremely difficult!”

It is called ‘ tuning into Joy’.

It is deeply founded in not only acknowledging, but also using (to the advantage of all involved), the understanding that every single being in this world has the soul need to share its highest Joy and be followed.
How can you be a part in that? Indeed, the verb here is ‘ to follow’.

Why ‘ most people’ find this sooooooo difficult, is because they think ‘following’  has to do with adopting opinions or habits  or rules into your own precious belief system and routines and has a permanent, conditional character.  And if the assessment is made that what is presented by somebody else is not 100% comfortably compatible, it should best get100% rejected.

The first step to take here is to consider if I speak of ‘ following’  here, I am talking about energy and  energy patterns in e-scapes.
That has very little to do with the “OMG ...if I follow this person, my belief system gets changed into something unknown that I am not 100% comfortable with”  interpretation of ‘ to follow’ .

I assure you, with ‘ tuning into joy’, you can very comfortably, have it all:
You can leave your belief system 100% intact if you so desire, fulfil somebody else’s soul need to share its highest joy with you following their energetically lead and meanwhile, on the fly(!),  fulfil your own soul need to be inspired too.

Where?  When?  With whom?

You can do this with anybody you encounter, but I recommend doing it especially with the people you spend regularly time with in the real world, in the here and now of your own natural reality.
In cyberspace, as much other things it has to offer, it doesn’t work, because all this ‘ tuning into Joy’ is an interplay between your real body-mind-soul and the vibes around you, your e-scape, the world of energy.
In cyberspace, the vibes around you a not playing this game... your computer is transmitting a steady beat on energy level, usually not on frequency that is in the Joyful range of possibilities.

Why?

This habit, habit of ‘ tuning into Joy’ is crucial to the happy and confident sustainable development of lively harmonious communities.

How?

It is, in its essence, super simple...
This one line is describing the whole procedure in all detail:
When somebody is enjoying himself/ herself.... you tune in. You give open attention.

You don’t have to say a word,  just watch, listen, feel, observe, register, give atention.....

In giving this attention, your auto-tuning system will, at quite high speed, automatically (!) tune you up to the same joyfull frequencies, to be an harmony with it.

Unless of course, you are actually tuning in onto your narrating voice in your mind and its opinions about what is there and what you should be doing instead of investing time in this... If that gets more attention than the actual events... your auto-tuning system will harmonise your energy patterns with that, because your auto-tuning system harmonises it energy patterns with anything that gets your real  attention. If you catch yourself ‘ blurring’, ask yourself in your mind:” Where is the joy in this?” or “ What is the joy in this?”, simply choosing that your one desire is to tune into joy.

What happens ‘ under the bonnet’?

Under the bonnet, the other beings soul senses that its signal is being received: its joy is shared and it is being followed. In it’s e-cape it experiences that element 3 is present and that is an extra joy, adding more depth and relief to its energy landscape, right here, right now.

It’s vibration goes up a level more and since you are tune into his or her vibration, you are automatically tuning up too, also experiencing the joyful composition in energy.

Yes, there is the possibility that this being ( a puppy, a cat, a child, a spouse, a neighbour, a stranger) would like to share the activity it is involved in with you, show you things, explain you things about this great joy.

This is where ‘ most people’ think they are at a loss if they engage with this. On the short term, they’ll lose the time now spend and there are better things to do ( usually on a computer, or somewhere else, with somebody else) and on the long term, this creature is likely to  turn more frequently to them for  attention, like to grow a habit that involves this specific activity and it has to learn that .... and then a summary out of the belief system follows on what makes this being a good independent citizen.

And there is truth in that and so you may want to think about how you can confidently and harmoniously deal with that, if that would happen.
Because  at this moment in time, if anybody does fulfil the soul need in somebody to be tuned into and be followed, energetically in joy,  chances are this being will return to this person as a camel to an oasis. It is a soul need, remember, so you’ll go where you can find it fulfilled. In an energetical  desert, oasis a few and far between.
I may write another blog post as some point, to share some practical ideas on this.

Back now to looking at the positive effects of tuning into somebody else’s joy.

On the short term, you are experiencing the vibes of Joy effortlessly, surfing on your auto-tuning system, which boosts your energy system with turbo fuel. With that in your system you can get much more done, later in the day, when this interplay has ended. You’ll be far more effective.

In the long term, you are contributing to the happiness and confidence of another being that its vibes of joy are worthwhile tuning into and it will produce more of that as a result. It will also have stored energetically another example in its here and now community how easy and rewarding it is to tune into each other and that there is only joy to be increased when this is done. It’ll return the joy of it, if it isn’t to you, than it is to another. Another in the community, you might encounter one day when you are enjoying yourself and (s)he stops to tune into you for a minute.

Sounds appealing? Worth investing some of your energy in?
Be aware.....
We seem to have collectively decided that tuning into and sharing joy is a hazard to society.
Sharing misery, that is the way to go. We give collectively more attention to what is painful, than to what is joyful ( watch the news, read the newspapers, follow the average conversation in the streets where mainly ‘ problems’ get discussed, illnesses, political and economical difficulties and conflicts.)
We are actively spending more time tuning into what does NOT work very well. Hoping for the best, hoping that that makes a significant positive difference to our world. ( if there was a sign for sour indignant  irony, it would be placed in capitals)

And don’t; get me wrong here. I am not advocating to turn a blind eye to things that don’t work very well!
I am advocating to stop turning a blind eye to joy (and creating more misery in the slipstream of that).

More misery?
Apart from knowing that you are resonating in harmony with anything you lay your attention on, thanks to your auto tuning system, so you are actively down-lifting yourself in that instant, there are some longer term consequences to consider too.

For instance: how and where is an inspirational leader of a community ( a family, an enterprise, a country) ever going to find the confidence that what (s)he enjoys as worthwhile is precious to others too if nobody ever can be bothered to tune into her singing a song, telling a story, making a drawing, brushing a cat, building a Lego-construction, comb a beach, built a tree-house......
Does (s)he  learn that from ;” Not now, honey, I’m busy!”
You may think this being  doesn’t know what you are preferring to give attention to and can wait for the moment when you’ve got ‘ time’.

But this being is looking at you for guidance and input, you are one of its inspirational examples on how living in this community is done, right now. You are an energy emitting being in its e-scape.
And you may be not be aware of the interplay in the world of energy ( focussed on something else), not allowing your auto-tuning system to tune into (his/her) joy......but his/her auto tuning system detects without fails the vibrations you seem to enjoy, simply by giving you attention, because you are resonating with what you enjoy more than the joy right here, right now......lower vibes, the vibes of ...... lack of time, pain and misery.

Remember... being followed in your most joyful vibes is a soul need, not just a hobby.

If you wonder why your child/animal/partner is suddenly chewing the carpet, having tantrums, is frequently diseased, crying over nothing, rolling over the floor as if the end of the world is near....... and you know on some level the answer is: to get your attention.....
That may be s SIGNAL. You have probably missed about 100 opportunities to tune into joy in your own community, voluntarily under harmonious conditions, not costing you much time and lifting you up the process.
Now, this being in your community needs to know that it is still capable of taking the lead where somebody will have to follow in the vibes, it will create a symphony of the vibes you seem to prefer in your world: misery and pain.
And you’ll follow, because this seems important to you!

And so it is... you have fulfilled a soul need for somebody in your community. Finally, you have tuned into the vibes of this being taking the energetical lead in this e-scape.

But it could, 100 times before this ' crisis' , have been so much more joyous and uplifting with a butterfly effect on the whole community, spreading the good vibes.
Trust me, if the camel knows that there is a bucket a day to drink, it does not take more than it actually needs. It is only when the hump is emptied under a certain level, that it desperately needs an oasis to fill up, no matter how polluted the water is, in order to survive and.... it takes a lot of time to fill up again.

So, even if you only tune into somebody’s  joy 20 times out of the 100 opportunities, it gets satisfied with one small amounts of time at the time.
All it needs is to have updates on the experience that others tune into his joy, to build confidence upon that he or she is able to take the lead in providing what is needed.

What do you need more of, joy or misery. What does your community need more of, joy or misery?

Small effort, great, multiplied joy, for everybody involved.

In some other blog post I’ll zoom in too ‘recognising joy’.
We have collectively removed ourselves so far from it, we hardly recognise its myriad of forms and shapes it can have.

(*)
As interesting as I find flying and exploring the angle of tuning into the guide dog, the soul of a collective, I chose that this would not be the main topic of this blog post.
But as an afterthought, I felt the desire to share some more thought on this.

Where most people already have trouble sensing ( let alone following) the vibes from their own guide dog/soul..... the concept of a collective guide dog/ soul that is helping all involved in the community with guidance, to develop into the direction of its Divine Blueprint, if they would care to follow its lead.....may be a concept that is ‘ far fetched’
Although I realise:..... most religions and spiritual teachings seem to agree that such ethereal guiding being(s) exist ....
I also realise, most religious people wouldn’t be happily impressed with picturing the force they worship as a guide dog. It’s a good thing it is all just an analogy ( smiley face).

Self expression

A key word in the world of self-development, seems to be ‘ self expression’.
To go from a human being version that is not entirely at ease with life to a version who experiences life to be good, on all scores, most advisors( like life coaches)  reckon that it helps to be as authentic as you can: know yourself and express that.

Through modern media, this snippet of knowledge has found all the corners of our modern world, probably because it looks so straightforward and simple.

However, even simple words leave room for many interpretations.

I see, how you define ‘ self expression’ influences the results you’ll see from ‘ expression yourself more (or differently)’, quite substantially.

First question is: “ Who is this ‘ self’?”
Second question is:” What is expression?”
Third question:” How do the two relate to where I desire to go?”

Who is this self?
You may think, what a stupid and obvious question. My self is me! I am me, I am myself. Look!
But in my own style, I’ll prod some more, if you let me, to get a more detailed idea.

Just browse through some categories that can easily be included and are just as easily excluded too.
Where are you with it?

Am I:
  • My thoughts?
  • My feelings?
  • My body?
  • My opinions?
  • My beliefs?
  • My experiences in the past?
  • My routines?
  • My values?
  • My reasons?
  • My fantasies?
  • My hopes?
  • My dreams?
  • My actions?
  • My choices?
  • My interests?
  • My work?
  • My roles?
  • Or......It depends on who is asking and when and why......, really....

(This list could go on for a while.... just a few options are listed here)

And if you have selected what you consider to be ‘ your self’, may I prod a little deeper?

If you go through the list, would it include for each category the ‘ dark ones’? All of them, some of them?
You know, the ones that reside deep in your inner world. Those that you are not happy and confident with to hold into the light of your ( let alone other peoples ) conscious awareness.
Maybe the things you’d like to ‘get rid of'’ in the process of increasing your life quality? Things you’d prefer to see disappear, dissolve out of (your) life?

All answers to these questions are OK. You are defining yourself as you see it right now, to my mind always a good step to begin navigating new waters.

What is ‘ expression’?
I am aware that in the modern day and age, expressing something is usually meant to be ‘ talking about something’. It usually seems to revolve around ‘ words’.
Is that your idea of expression too?

Is self expression than talking about the things that made it to your definition of ‘ self’, as made in the former paragraph?

I state that what you express in words makes up a maximum of 20% of all your expressions.
Words may make up a much larger percentages of what you are consciously composing to express. That makes that it is more visible on your own radar, it doesn’t increase its  percentage or importance in all of what you express.
You are sending out many other ‘ vibes’ though your tone of voice, pitch of voice, speed of talking, your body posture, facial expressions, your smell, your actions, your aura, etc. etc.
Despite what you consciously chose to talk about (or leave out), whether you like it or not, clues about what you are not putting into words, are abundantly broadcasted too.
I’d say: that life finds ‘ words’ highly limiting and awkward at times, to convey its qualities and it always conveys its real time qualities.
You are part of life, so you convey always your real time qualities ( characteristics) about what life defines to be significant to you. What is significant to you maybe something from your ‘ dark list’..... as a rule of thumbs.... the unhappier you are, the more the majority of your vibes DO come from your dark list, urgently needing to be held into the light of (your) attention. The longer your dark list is, by the way,  the more energy goes into keeping the doors locked to try to keep them in the dark.

Life follows a simple Law: send = receive.
Not sending, would be not living, like a radio station.. not being live.

So even if you where to stop speaking.. you are still sending.
Sending mixed messages = receiving mixed results
Sending clear congruent messages = receiving clear congruent results
Say yes, mean yes, do yes.

Now, the more congruent you operate, the more authentic you are, the better life ‘ gets’, is something most life coaches would agree on.
Also, the broader your sense of self becomes, more aspects of you can see the light of day, openly, happily, confidently expressed in all ways :Always... sometimes in words, but all conveyers are aligned in harmony, expressing the same real time characteristics, just in different ways.
You, whatever you definition of yourself, are in harmony. A huge indicator for receiving ( perceiving) harmony too. Send = receive.

A interesting side effects of this broadening sense of self, is that at some point, it is very possible that you don’t stop being ‘ self’ at the end of your physical fingertips, the end of what and who is on your own conscious awareness, the end of your own past experiences, the end of your own hopes and dreams for the future, your own inner world harmony, your own interests, beliefs and preferences.

In many spiritual books this is referred to as shifting from a consciousness of ‘separation’ ( self = me personally) into a conscious awareness of oneness ( self = us, all of it).
The understanding of Self, has grown a lot bigger.

Fun to me (now).
But  when you fear that your own experiences wouldn’t count anymore and you’ve got to trade in your hopes and dreams, forget about your past, your identity, your interests, beliefs and preferences for the sake of ‘harmoney for all’ ( thinking that means somebody else’s sake, excluding your personal self, isolating/abandoning (crucial elements of) your own personal self) , you might be hesitating to really go for it.  You think you might lose what is precious to your ( individual) self.

That your personal self ( all of it) IS precious to the Self (the collective) might sound as ‘ too  good to be true’.  Not just an only your individual self that is precious to the Self, but the selves of others too, in one system.

Scarily beautiful

I have chosen my ‘ nom de plume’ Dageraad, because it means dawn, in Dutch.
Major but relatively unconventional inspiration, that I identify as coming from the Knowing, usually finds me in that brief window of time where the conscious mind is awake enough to observe, but not awake enough to object or reject right away the new concepts... at dawn.

The new idea has usually just enough links to what is consciously known to my own belief system , things I am puzzling with, to raise some curiosity that allows it to get some more attention.

Sometimes there is a very delicate balance between seeing the beauty and usability of an idea related to the things I am working on and the unconventionality of it.  Having a fair idea on what is understood to be ‘normal’ by the others involved..... I know how far-fetched this idea may seem to them.

When an idea comes in that rings true on being ‘viewed with suspicion, by others ( and also knowing why)’ it is not a complete joy to toy with the idea in my attention. It is, as I call it, ‘ scarily beautiful’.

I ‘d like to think that I handle all ideas with care, but these scarily beautiful ideas get the royal treatment of care.
Two reasons:
  • Because I do want to take the feelings of the others involved into account... if for no better reason than that no-one will ever consent in partaking in the practicalities of bringing an idea into the world, if they don’t give it at least the benefit of the doubt.
  • Because these scarily beautiful ideas have so much potential to make a real difference, not just to me or one other person. They always vibrate on a level of major importance, having the potential to make a difference in the increase of the wellbeing for many people.

Yes, apart from dealing with the beauty on the one hand side and the scary part of mentioning a far-fetched idea to somebody on the other side, there is also a scary part right in the middle, where I feel the responsibility that it is up to me to act wisely with all this, to give it a fair chance.

This morning, I received such scarily beautiful inspiration.
I am buzzing with it, glowing internally.

This is not the place, nor the time to share more details about the content of it.
But I do feel a drive to express and share my gratitude for receiving this inspiration from the Knowing, here.

Thank you Universe.

I’m feeling lucky

Another function you might have seen using Google, is also built-in in the Knowing.
It is activated with the ‘ I’m feeling lucky’ button.

In many others writings related to the Law of Attraction, the chapter dealing with this function is often called ‘the attitude of gratitude’.

The ' I'm feeling lucky' functionality is often also called upon with ' the attitude of gratitude'.

Since the Knowing works with the Law of Attraction and the’ I’m feeling lucky’-button is so prominently placed.... let’s have a closer look to what it does and how.
Knowing and understanding that might clarify why the results of using this method sometimes do and sometimes don’t produce satisfying results.

The easiest way to see how it works, it to actually open up your Google start page and play with the ‘I’m feeling lucky’ after entering a few search terms in the search box and observe what happens.
-----
Note: The  I'm Feeling Lucky button doesn't appear by default anymore.
Here's how you turn I'm Feeling Lucky back on:
  1. Go to Search Preferences
  2. Turn Off Google Instant. Use the setting "never show instant results."
After you hit Save, you should see the I'm Feeling Lucky button whenever you search Google from the default www.google.com home page.
-----
As you will see (or already know), it skips the list of search results and takes you directly into the page that is ‘ under the bonnet’ the number one ranking for this search query.

It has gained that number one ranking for many reasons. One of the reasons it that this page is very popular and commonly used. Logically: the content of this page seems to suit many people, so there is a good chance that it serves you too.
The fact that this button doesn’t appear by default anymore, may indicate that its popularity has decreased over time. Reason... it’s usability didn’t prove to lead in the majority of cases to the best result for you

There are many reasons why.
In the context of this blog, it is useful to zoom in on one: most people are not composing high quality search queries: specific enough and at the same time broad enough to catch the relevant data, let alone complete .
In order to make the number one ranking in a list useful to you, the quality of the question asked is highly important.

Google has a vested interest in keeping you happy with its services, so it is doing its best to support you in presenting the results that could be meaningful to you.
So, the ‘ I’m feeling lucky’ button still exists, but you’ve got to activate it deliberately, which is usually done by people who know what they can expect from using it.

By the same token.....in spiritual teachings a lot is (still) expected from using the ‘I’m feeling lucky button’, (as called upon with the attitude of gratitude).
If you were to bless everything you’d like to see more of in your life, nothing can go wrong.
Simply bless everything that happens in life, feel lucky with everything.

......even..... if you’re actually not so pleased with it, all of it? ....
....Well...... hmmmmm.........
Let’s say that that is not my personal understanding of how it works in a satisfying optimally suitable way.

This may stem from seeing that I am not conventional, by any stretch of imagination.
Solutions that seem to appeal to ‘ most people’, hold often very little appeal to me. In defining who I am, I find myself often closer to ‘nobody’, than ‘everybody’:  “ Everybody is going left here (because everybody is going left here)... why is nobody going right here?”   ....

My understanding, from having taken the right turn ‘ nobody takes’ a multitude of times more often, finding interesting finds, I’d say  that the way the attitude of gratitude works lies ( in my perception) very close to the Google ‘ I’m feeling lucky’ button.

It works well if:
  • You are entirely happy and confident in using this method....knowing what you are doing and why.
  •  Solutions that works for ‘ most people’, usually work for you.

If you are completely honest to yourself and you are just not entirely pleased with your current situation, but you bless it nevertheless fully, hoping that it will turn into something better all by your blessing.... don’t be too surprised when it doesn’t!

It would be like giving Google the same search query, press ‘ I’m feeling lucky’ (over and over again)  and then hoping that it will show you something else this time.
Funnily enough....it might, eventually!  Since under the bonnet, ranking changes because the traffic data on all the sites changes.
However, you visiting the very same site over and over again, is only adding to its number one position in the rankings! So, don’t hold your breath to see much change.

If you’d like to be presented with better, more suitable to you options, having looked at what has been presented and assessed what you like about it and what you don’t like about it ( thank you very much for enlightening me on both scores!), you can alter your search query.
A little bit more specific on this element.... a little bit less limiting on that element.... see what happens now.
Doing that puts you in more control of what is presented to you (thank you very much), it is actively and consciously finetuning your search queries.

Composing high quality search queries is to me key to retreiving/seeing what actually suits you.
High quality search queries, as said, are specific enough and at the same time broad enough to catch the relevant data and are complete .

This is already quite something to do in words, using a search engine like Google, for the number one ranking to be precisely what you are looking for!!!
The Knowing works with the search query you compose with your whole resonance. Your words make up maybe 20% of that ( and that’s only if those words are completely honest, in line with your true feelings).

The ‘I’m feeling lucky’ functionality?
I’d recommend:..... only play with that when you actually feel completely and utterly lucky already indeed and you are confident that being presented with a ‘slightly-off’ result isn’t likely to ruin your day/life.

Please note: I do feel there is a place in this world for an attitude of gratitude.
I am not against it, or opposing anybody shaping his/her life to full satisfaction with it.
I even agree that blessing Good Things is very supportive to the quality of life and the quality of search queries ( with as a result: ..... high quality results).

I do however give an alternative to the ‘ I’m feeling lucky’ functionality in life, using the Knowing.
It is an option that works well for me.

But remember... I am usually closer to nobody then everybody.
So don’t say I didn’t alert you that this option (mentioned in the next blog post) works for nobody.

Positions on the scale of creation

In previous blog posts I spoke about ‘ consumer’ and ‘ creator’ as positions in information management/ life.
I took online database management as an illustration, to show that your power to change things depends on where you are in the system.

To me, these positions are not just ‘ two’ positions.
I would say there is a gradual scale between being fully consumed by being a consumer and being fully creative as being a creator and all the positions in between have their rightful and useful place on the scale.

I’ve put it in an image:

Being passive, on either side of the scale, means that you don’t relate much with your personal values to what is happening and why.
Being watchful, on either side on the scale, means that you are paying attention to what is happening and why and you relate observantly  to the values presenting themselves.
Being creative, on either side of the scale, means that you are causing things to happen, you are acting, actively influencing events by organising and expressing  your own values in a meaningful order.

Please take notice of the idea that it is a gradual scale. So you don’t ‘ jump’ from being passive to being watchful. You increase gradually the amount of attention you pay to what is happening and  why and in doing so you increasingly become aware of the presented values in relation to what is happening  and why.

What are your values?
I would say, it is everything your belief system produces.
Roughly, I would say the most elementary categories since they are the closest to home are:  thoughts & feelings.
It is what matters to you and how it matters to you, how you experience it.

In 6 more pictures it is related to your position to theavailable data in the field.
See how the persons mental positions moves from a distance to the heart of it.

Passive Consumer position

Watchful Consumer position

Creative Consumer position
Passive Creator position

Watchful Creator position

Creative Creator position

In doing so, there is an increase in attention, moving from the periphery to the centre.
But, once logged in, its focus shifts, from details ( on the consumer side) to the overall structural integrity on the creator side.

Ideally, in a vivid cycle, one moves gracefully this path, over and over and over again.

Since the creator, in the heart simply can’t see and appreciate the detailed results, so he needs to look back on ‘ himself’ and play with it, to experience his creation and acquire user input with valuable data on the perception of details and suggestions for improvement.

Anybody who has been involved in the back-end of a database-based website will recognise this workflow.

Anybody reading quite some spiritual teachings will recognise this last paragraph from a reality on macro scale:
The Creator needs human beings for it to experience itself.
Those experiences are stored and made retrievable, in the Knowing.

consumer/creator

In the last three blog posts I introduced the idea that I think people would benefit from being both aware of and actively involved with two sides of their lives: the creating end as well as the receiving end.

The more a person is focussing on life and interacting with life from a consumer perspective, most interested in what is happening on the receiving end, usually the less content they become with (their own) life. “There must be more to life!” becomes a recurring cry- out leading to the question:”But what?”

Shops, the internet and libraries are full with options you can look into answering the question of how to be a fully functioning human being..
Depending on your personal taste, you can very well end up in the scientifical approach of the matter.
The worldly mechanical approach offers things like : self-development, psychology, sociology, biology, chemistry, economy ( to name of few)  usually emphasizing  what you need to do in the ‘seen’.
These approaches usually focus your awareness on what has proven itself in the world, easily to be experienced with your own senses, using your mind and how to keep the Consumer amused with your actions.
Fascinating.

Or, on your wanders, you might end up in the esoteric corner. The spiritual world offers for instance: religion and spirituality. The teachings in this world have in common that they are focussing your awareness on the incredible powers of the Creator (having various names, the Universal Power, God/Goddess, Spirit..... to name a few).
There, the main focus is on a meaningful (soul-) connection with the ‘unseen’, sometimes with recommendations varying in strictness on how to keep the Creator amused with your actions. Fascinating.

Most people combine the two in a customised basket in which they dip when their ordinary responsibilities (work, family life) leave room for it: some yoga on Thursdays, Paleo-diet on weekdays , Tarot-reading once a month, a good inspiring book in bath, fundraising for charity around Christmas and church on (some) Sundays.

Since most people are very much willing to share the insights that seem to work well for themselves with others in return for a small fee ( the investment of your time) or a larger fee ( the investment of some of your money too), you’ve got plenty of choice where to turn to as your providers for inspiration.

So you interrupt your everyday life for a short (or longer) while and dive into the activities provided by retreat centres, churches, diet guru’s, yoga masters, inspirational writers, charity, etcetera.
You’ll definitely feel better for doing that. You are actually doing something about it now! ( A happy consumer of various options).

If, however, after a while of doing these things, this dis-contentment on your own life still rears its ugly tail again, and again and again.... it my even become frustrating. You invested everything that was specifically asked of you ( time, money), you even enjoyed many of these activities. You tried the scientific approach on pure will power, which didn’t do it for you. You walked the spiritual path exercising blind faith, which didn’t  bring you the peace of mind with your situation as promised on the tin...
No, the same structural problems occur again and again and again.

Why is it that what works for others doesn’t seem to work for you?
What to do?

I ( yes, another one of those people investing quite some time in giving you options to choose from,  I see the irony here ), would ask you:” Have you exercised changing your (mental) position?“

Have you left the consumer frame of mind to enter the creator frame of mind?
And by that, I mean not ‘ just once’ (as consumers have a try-before-you-buy period) but have you given it a fair shot, structurally?
By that, I also don’t mean ‘ never to return’.
I do mean:” Are you regularly finding yourself in both positions? Are you able to alternate easily between the two”?

My invitation is one to play with both send and receive.

At times actively being the happy creator.
Confidently in looking,  as a webmaster would do, regularly at what is going on behind the scenes of your own ‘ website’ and playing with making (structural) adjustments there to the content, look and feel and functionalities on your website.

At times, actively being a happy consumer.
Confidently looking, as a consumer does, at what is presented on the front end of your website: content, look and feel and enjoy playing with the functionalities on your own ‘website’.

I observe that in the modern Western World we are conditioned to be mainly concerned playing with our consuming power and activities, thinking that is where we are having most control on what happens in our life.

And we do have a lot of control as a conscious consumer, don’t get me wrong! Consumer behaviour has an enormous impact on your own life and that of others.
All I do here, is inviting you to play with the idea that you have more options available, when you log into your life as a conscious creator too.

positions and roles in content

This blog post continues where I left of yesterday, where I introduced the idea to change ( mental ) position looking at ‘ content’.

Let go of the idea that you need to create the sensation of feeling content with what is in your reality.
Adopt the idea that you need to be content(B), with what is in your reality... see: in the other meaning!!! Be content(B), be part of the data-set in your reality, complete with all your honest feelings and thoughts about it ( simply: more relevant data!).

OK, so, that is the core idea. Now what?
Now it is time to actively partake in it, start playing with it all.

How?
It begins with actively reminding yourself of the (positive) meaning this whole dataset, with you in it, has in your eyes. That means answering the question:
“How can being here, in amongst this set of data, actually been viewed as a good thing?”

Keep in mind. In doing this, you don’t have to deny that you don’t  like all of it, in the order it is presenting itself  in right now! You are not pretending nor denying anything, just shifting focus (for now).
The point of this part of the whole process here is to acknowledge that you got yourself here as a result of all the choices you made before today. There must have been good reasons for choosing these elements, otherwise you wouldn’t have chosen them. Even if you believe it was your loved-ones, teachers or society choosing these things ‘ for you’, there are reasons why you are invested in these very same things too.

List them, openly, honestly, as many as you can think of:
“I am here, in amongst this lot, because it provide(s/d)  me with the joy of .......”

Making such a list, viewing the available data from within, in a meaningful and positive light, relating it to the meaning they once had (and maybe still have)  to yourself, is allowing the same set of data produced by the creator (content-B) to be re-viewed in a semi-OK style (content-A).
That is the first step to happiness, like content ( B)  is only a step into becoming information ( that selection of data that is meaningful for the end-user).

Don’t stop here, if you desire to see significant changes!
Only looking at what is missing is just as ineffective  as only focussing on the blessings.

You are now aware of all the keys ingredients: what is missing and what you like about it and why.
Having both sides in mind, is allowing yourself to shift into the position with much more creative power, you are shifting now from the perspective of the end-user to the perspective of the creator.
These are two different roles you have in the process of shaping your life: you are both creator of content (B)  and end-user ( hopefully: content A).

It really helps to make a distinction between those roles.
As long a s you are confusing yourself with yourself, there is not much either of you sees they can structurally and meaningfully do.
Confusing?

Bear with me a while longer, I’ll explain that some more, comparing this with similar processes you are probably more familiar with: internet websites.

In information management (think database management for websites), when you are a client/customer, you may have some adding-, structuring-  and changing rights on the users-end, but you have no rights to change anything in the structural order of the overall system!
Only those who log-into the database as a creator, can make any really significant structural changes to its structure and programs.

As a consumer, you can’t change anything under the bonnet of ‘ Google’ , ‘ Amazon’ or ‘ Facebook’.
Yes, you are allowed to create your own account, change the look and feel, add information in your profile. Fine, jolly nice. You can feel very creative with the options given.
But you can’t add functionality to it that Google, Amazon or Facebook haven’t allowed you to.
Try changing a price for a book, try influencing the order Google shows results to others, try altering something on somebody else’s Facebook page.
It is not happening through the front door... you don’t have the creative rights to do so.

Even a developer working for Google/Amazon or Facebook, can’t change anything structural entering the system using the customer entrance. They need to go through the staff-entrance, to have access to their control panels, in the back-office of the system.
They don’t need to leave their chair for it, they can use the same device for it... they just need to login differently.

The same principle applies in your own off-line life creating exercise.

If you look at the appearance of data in your life as  a non-content(A) (end-) consumer,  ...... you are not in the right(full)  creative position to make structural, significant changes.
There, in that position, you can see what is presented. You can have an opinion on what you like and what you don’t like.  You might even have suggestions what would please you more.
However, unless you personally get ‘in’-volved with the fields where all the data are controlled and handled,  you very objectively can’t see all the options to make it better. You don’t have access to the control panels of all of it and so you can’t make sustainable meaningful changes with structural integrity.

That has nothing to do with the fact that you are not pleased with the results, (being a human or spiritual malpractice... doing something ‘ wrong’)
It has everything to do with the fact that you are not, under the bonnet, logged in as (co-)creator, who knows why this structure was made, knows the reasons why this composition is arranged like this, in favour of other possibilities.

A creator also knows all the consequences of changing ‘ one thing’ somewhere  deep in the structure.  It often has consequences on many levels. As simple as it may seem on the users-end...... those structural changes need consideration and handling with care.

But if all the end-users complain structurally about something and give signals that they need different things, the (co-)creator is obviously more than willing to be at service and re-creates.
A (co-)creator does the necessary to evolve the system from 6.1 in to 6.2, or revolutionizes it in jumping from 6.2 to 7.0, if more drastic changes are necessary to be made.  Usually, after testing the new routines, before putting them life, by the way.

Being in it now, acknowledging you are the creator, under the bonnet of the meaningful infrastructure of the data, you are now in a position to look around and see (and adjust) the order in it.
That is the only position, where you have all creation rights ( to your own creations).

This is where I have to put in a comment on my use of the deliberate use of the word co-creation . Usually (unless you are a hermit, living entirely away from everybody else) you’ve got various plug-ins running in your system.  Pieces of programming more people are involved in (co-workers, partners, friends). Even though you are a co-creator of those programs, they’ll not appreciate it much if you make fundamental changes tothat without them being in the loop of your actions, preferably acting with their consent on the proposed changes.
Here is an illustration of what I said so far about positions.

The orange O is the mental position you take, relative to the data (X's) in your world.

End-user perspective:
looking at what is going on in your life from a distance, based on it's appearances.
Not in a position to change it's structure.
Content (A):
Logged in as being part of the content (B)
Being aware of appearances as well as positive reasons for this (own) co-creation
You are ' in' the content (B) state. Time to look at your control panel and explore your possibilities.
Moving from simply being in a content ( A+B) state to a happy and centered state:
Centered: in the content heart of control
More on that, in the next blog post.

The art (and benefits) of being content

There are two meanings to the word ‘ content’.

·         In common speak: it refers to a sensation, a feeling, indicating that things are in reasonable good order,  in their world. Nothing to complain about really, but also not super duper fantastic. ( Meaning A in this piece)
·         In information management jargon, it is a set of data as they are put meaningful together by a creator. Technically, this is before they become information, because that is at the point where an end-user relates to them as ‘ meaningful’. ( Meaning B in this piece)

These two meanings may seem ‘ worlds apart’ at first glance.

This morning, I had a play relating them very closely to each other.
I really liked what I saw (was content (A) with it) and decided this was to be the content (B) for today’s blog post.

Do you want to see how my creation sits with you?

Here it is:
If you are not content (A), you are definitely not happy with your situation.
You, being on the receiving end,  are not calling what is happening ‘fantastic, useful and meaningful‘.
Your overall impression is that something is missing...( usually ‘in the outside world’).
You reckon that something needs to be added to the mix of your life, enabling you to be happy.
More often than not, even if that ‘ thing’ you pointed out to be missing is added, it doesn’t fulfil you, really, or satisfy  you, really..... something (else) is apparently missing and so the search goes on.

What if...under the bonnet of your awareness, this is the case:

What is actually missing is.... something essential (from) you.
Your heart is not in it, your core being, your drive, your essence is not in it, not really, not fully.

What if...
you, yourself are not a part of the set of data you are looking at ( and you are always looking at and interpreting data!) you are not part of the content (B).
You are not content(A+B)... Yes, this time meaning both meanings simultaneously.

What if ...
you need to be content first, with the data (not about the data) before you can be happy?
Oh dear me......am I saying here, like so many spiritually inspired self-development websites and books, that you need to be content with things, even if you don’t feel that way about them, before you get anywhere near happiness? ( Sigh)
Am I saying, again like most of those writings, that you’ve got to mean it too!?
Pretending apparently doesn’t count, the Universe is watching you and knows always what your real feelings are.

This appears to be a catch-22 situation.
How the **** can that ever be done?

If you are interested in how I see it can be done, read on.
I am not leaving you empty handed here, I am sharing my experience.

In this case:
Let go of the idea that you need to create the sensation of feeling content with what is in your reality.
Adopt the idea that you need to be content(B), with what is in your reality... see: in the other meaning!!! Be content(B), be part of the data-set in your reality, complete with all your honest feelings and thoughts about it ( simply: more relevant data!).

I’ll describe how this minor change, of using the same word in a different way, has a great deal of effect, giving you access to your full creative power.

To be continued..... in following blog posts.
