A blog is not a book :-)

This blog is written in International English, the fluid ever evolving dialect of people in the Western World who are broadening their mental horizons, exploring different ways of being beyond their own cultural programming.

One request to all readers, but especially the native English speakers: please assess the quality and usability of the texts on this blog using the dictionary and grammar book of your soul.

I write on this blog what I feel inspired to write, when I feel inspired to write it, in no particular order. I hope you'll enjoy the fuzzy logic behind it too.

cool!

With the idea of the mental radar in mind, I had a little play this morning, to see how I could combine a fair number of ideas and concepts in one image.

The mental radar concept, in overall view
with the position of chakras in the human holistic body-mind-soul energy system
related to the three islands of Joy
Peace, Pleasure and Harmoney

Amazing how it fits, or should I say AWESOME?

Note how in pin head view,( not illustrated here but use your imagination on the image in the former blog post)  four shakra's are falling of the radar?
Is it a wonder then that in pin head view you don't feel safely connected to all that is?
Safety is what the red, root, chakra deals with. Full connection and understanding is what the crown chakra deals with, often disputed if its colour is deep purple or white..duh.... it depends when you look... its a purple lighthouse (in the light) flashing white light in the dark! (smiley face).
Note how in pin head view, 2 islands of Joy are complelety invisible: Peace and Harmoney?

Of course, it is a seriously playful coincidence that is all fits so nicely....... simply... Food for Thought.

Mental radar

In the last couple of days, I’ve been working on various projects.
It feels appropriate to share this image of the mental radar, that is part of an analogy of naviagting in life, where I explain how everybody can (easily) tap into ’collective consciousness’....

I think... not only the collective benefits from more individuals doing that (becoming also conscious of the collective) , enabling themselves that way to act (navigate) wisely based on the information visible in the overall view....
The individuals who are involved also benefit from being in a better position... in themselves as well as relative to the people around them.

And since the members of the various collectives also open their minds to what is (really) going on around them in other collectives they relate to..... people are much less 'running into each other', but can see how to 'give way' so they all can reach their destination smoothly, happily and safely, while enjoying the journey....within their own collective, as well as between collectives.

There are various setting possible on your mental radar:

The pin head setting is usuful to see who is moving about in your own community
(not adviced as a default setting for plotting a course (of actions))
The pin head seting is infinitely small part on the mental radar picture in the overall setting.
(gives much more clues on what is relevant in navigating the community to where it desires to go)

Note the lighthouse of ' our wellbeing' always on the map in ' overall view'

Notice how even information in the field of  ' my ' joy is not visible in the micro-view of ' who has which position within the community'

Note: two individuals both in pin head view, see a different mental picture.
Two individuals both in overall view, see the same mental picture, including all the individual joys of the members of the community!

Like with all radar images:‘my position’ never changes.
As always on radars, your own position is right in the middle.
There is no great risk of losing your position. As long as you all pay attention to what you are doing and are navigating the waters wisely and the vessel is afloat, you’ll find yourself right there in any view.

The overall view in more detail:

1 My position
This is something most people need some time for to get their head around, because in this view, one enlarges the view from ‘personal’ position, to ‘collective’ position.
So, .... although the vessel is moving in this world and the individual is moving within it, 'my positon' now indicates ' the vessels' position, where the vessel is the community your are currently operating in. ( the family, the organisation you work for....).

2 My joy
Now we are in the personal sphere of individuals on board ship, part of this community.
Here I am talking about each and every persons individual joy, when it comes to navigating the community.
In this field, the values that matter (have enough significant mass to show up on the radar) to each individual person involved in the care for what is happening are made visible.
Made visible to everybody, who is consulting the mental radar in this view.

Joy may need some more explanation. It is a wider concept than pure pleasure or sheer happiness. In a nutshell: it is also the joy of knowing how to deal in a harmonious way with grief, loss, sadness, challenges etcetera.

3 Care for our wellbeing
This vessel has a purpose, all its movements are aiming to:  CARE.
In all situations.... when what you aim for is not seen, not a noticeable clear dot in the everyday reality (the silver ring of the mental radar) it is very difficult to stay on a course in the right direction.
But if you make sure that the lighthouse of CARE (called ‘our wellbeing’) , the brightest, lightest, biggest dot that really matters is always showing on your mental radar, it is so much easier to see it and adjust your course in the right direction.

Play for yourself with it?

If you want to play with this mental radar setting, you might wonder:" How do I get see that view?'

It is activated whenever you ask yourself:" How does this serve our wellbeing?'
Then stand still and observe the picture and movements in your system.
When you ask the same question to another, you can initiate to synchronise to the same mental radar image and take it from there.

Just realise, the minute you wonder: anything about your personal position, in relation to the people in your community (do I have more of X, Y or Z then......or do they have more than me.....you are switching to ' pin head' view again!
This setting has it's place and use in the world, don't get me wrong.
All I am saying is that if you base your navigational actions in life on focussuing most of the time on comparing/ competeing for positions within your community ... joy disappears off the radar as well as proper care for the wellbeing of all involved, staying on course aiming for the lighthouse.

Remember: Joy is Pleasure, Peace and Harmoney, for all involved.

resonance

Illustration for the joy of sensing full resonance with your joyful contributions to the e-scape
Had an amazing day yesterday, with beautiful (and scarily-beautiful) inspiration to play with.
(Not the place nor the time to go into detail about it here).

The core of the idea had already gone through my hands, before I fully appreciated it and understood it.

Fantastic..... let's see how this idea develops......

Links me-time and the Knowing (III)

The human mind’s attention span is (at best) about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it needs a small break to function at its highest capacity.

When the tension needed to focus weakens, you are:
  • Tiring
  • Making more and more mistakes
  • Missing relevant information

A small quality me-time break of just a few minutes:
  • Allows gathered information in the last 20 minutes to be stored properly, which helps you to retrieve it quickly when you need it some other time.
  • Recharges you:
Your soul nips to the Knowing with your current experiences and brings back both new energy and new ideas to either proceed with your task at hand, or decide to invest your time in something else altogether.

Rinse and repeat.....

Your overall performance is better, runs smoother and you'll enjoy the process more.
Using less enegy, achieving more in less time.

prevention: be curious

Being infinitely curious about what is going on in your ' here and now', in form as well as in energy provides you with many clues to sort out problems before they get 'out of hand'.
Prevention!

This blog post is the follow up on this one.

a playful take on prevention

One words seems to be ‘ in the air’ today, inviting me to play with it.
Or was it me inviting it to play with me?

Rather than describing all the joy I had by writing 2000 words or more...let me keep it short this time.

The topic?

A lot of ‘cure’ is needed, when problems really manifestthemselves, usually costing lots of time and money and causing great emotional turbulence in the process.
What is needed to prevent that from happening?

I've put it all in one image, using only three words (cure, I and us) and two symbols (a circle and the infinity sign).

Prevention?

Have fun playing with it.
If you are this, desiring to know my thoughts behind it.... you'll find it here.

Links me-time and the Knowing (II)

In a little series of links I see how me-time and collective consciousness are related, now the second:

noticing changes in the part of your collective(s) that is you

This blog post is following the very same line of thought  - it is easier to see subtle changes, when you’ve been away for a while-, but now in reverse.
In the former blog post I described how you see the subtle changes in the e-scape around you, when you come back to it from your me-time.
Meanwhile, if you have regularly me-time, you’ll notice subtle changes in the patterns of your inner e-scape too.
Some of which, are harmonious in their development, simply a joy to see evolve.
However, very much like processes sometimes going ‘ off track’ outside of you, it is possible to receive early signals in your inner e-scape that something needs attention there. A process is gently moving away from being harmoniously in line with the whole.

Again, it is much easier to identify what that is if you look at it frequently and fresh... having energetically tuned into something else for a while.
Wait too long and you miss the patterns and the connections, because the e-scape is far too different from last time you looked into it.
Look constantly at it and you’ll not see the changes, because they unfold so subtly that you change with it.
When you are aware of what is the matter with you, in the world of energy, what needs some attention to go back on track, you’ll probably also have ideas on what can be done.

You can supply yourself with (probably surprisingly) many things in life, other things you might need to find around you.

If something is the matter with you, personally, you are sending signals about that out in energy to all the collectives you are a part of. If something within you, personally, is the actual  source of these distress signals  (whether subtle and tiny only in energy, or even bigger in words and deeds).....it becomes part of the collective e-scape and others are under its influence ( thanks to the auto-tuning system).
That is all right, of course, since it is very helpful to the survival of a social being.

But if you are the source of distress and there are things you could easily do yourself to harmonise the distress, it would be the done thing to do what you can, knowing that your ‘ off track’ signals are influencing and alerting others too and may (when left to fester) cause problems for more people.... or not?

If your blather is full you can just simply harmonise the distress yourself by going to the loo.
if you are travelling in a car in a collective, however, you cannot stop at will. So when there is a stop, people empty their own blathers even when there is just a vague awareness that a full-blather-alarm-may-occur-in-the-next-1,5 hours.

The child who is asked:” Do you need to go now?” who says ‘ no’, but exclaims after 10 minutes on the motorway:” I have to go now!” quickly learns that the collective is not pleased with being confronted with somebody who is not doing the necessary themselves  in time, for the whole collective process to run smoothly.

With a child, the irritation may be accompanied by a fair dose of compassion, for the adults know that the child might not have developed the blather awareness yet, in relation to travelling as a group in a car.
If it is the healthy 40 year old, who didn’t take one minute of me-time to check her blather levels, but only kept her eyes on the outside world: the sweets counter and the messages on her phone, made her ' not go'.
And now she urgently needs another loo-stop, she is the objective source of a collective problem..... compassion from the collective may not be in the top 10 of responses  in the quickly changing e-scape. .....

This very same principle applies on your emotional household, that sometimes needs ' input', 'transformation' or ' output'.
There is a lot you can do all by yourself, by sorting out your personal emotional hygiene, without having to bother anybody else with it, directly or indirectly.Without causing any trouble for the collective.

And if there is something you feel you need the help from the collective with, it helps if you can be quite clear on what you need, or if you don’t know in detail, can at least describe the difficulties you are experiencing, so a more experienced person can  recognise it and can help you out.

A car mechanic will ask:” What is the trouble?” in the physical world.
A doctor will ask:” What is the trouble?”in the physical world.
Partners, friends or even sensitive strangers may ask:" What is the trouble?" about the metaphysical world, of energy, resonding to the signals you are sending out.

Just shrugging in any of those cases and saying: ‘ I have not the vaguest idea!’ implying.....it is completely up to you to sort my troubles out here.
Implicetly conveying: I am not the source, I take no responsibility/ response ability, is odd, to say the least, if the energy, the distress signal is being emitted from your inner world! If it is your full emotional blather that needs emptying.....

All it takes is a couple of minutes of investigating what the situation is: what does work, what doesn’t and .....what can I try to solve this myself. This gives a lot of information to the other members of the collective to work with. Saves time and energy, on both sides.

Sorting yourself out, where you can, monitoring and knowing what is going on in your inner world,  is not only an investment in yourself, but also in the collective. Good to be aware of, I’d say. Good to invest in..... with regular me-time.

There is more where these listings came from... to be continued on another day.....
